The Palestinians need to step up and show that they are definitively not a people of terror living in a land of terror.
As we discussed some time ago, this plan gives them a chance to do just that, and puts the owness on them to do so, where it belongs.
In a billion years they would not turn over the worst of the worst child murdering terrorists. That part is a fantasy. But the Land for Terror plan could still work.
