In a billion years they would not turn over the worst of the worst child murdering terrorists. That part is a fantasy. But the Land for Terror plan could still work.
I hope you are wrong. I hope there are enough good folks there to get it done...I know I have met reasoned and willing Pals here, but perhaps that is why they got out.
If not, Israel still has to resolve its security issue...and as the last years have shown, its a big one.
