The FRN "Freeps Ahoy" Cruise aboard the Carnival Cruise Triumph arrived back in Miami this morning.

No SARS, No Norwalk, No Terrorism - just a hell of a lot of fun, food and sun!

As the first cruiser back at his computer, I have the honor of starting this thread and posting the above pic, which was taken at the foot of the staircase descending into the "London Room", which was the dining room each evening for our Freeper Contingent.

NOTICE TO ALL "FREEPS AHOY" CRUISERS AND WANNABE CRUISERS FOR NEXT YEAR!

The FRN board of directors just approved a third annual freeper cruise for spring, 2004.

The cruise will be around the same date as this past one. We won't know the precise date till comprehensive itineraries and group rates are announced by the various cruise lines, which should be in a few months or so.

This is an early heads-up so you can make next year's vacation plans and begin saving your pesos if you're eager to join the fun on "FReeps Ahoy III". Details will be announced on our FR forum when the time comes.

WooHoo, I'm writing it down. However, I'm going to have a hard time convincing my hubby to wait until then, he's asking me almost everyday, "Have you booked another cruise yet, maybe leaving next week???"

Provide your hubby with some coloring books, a license plates game, some warm grapes, limp carrot sticks and a bag of broken peanut butter cookies. That should hold him till we all arrive at the next port destination, LOL!

Many folks were wondering if we would have another cruise next spring. We sure are!

I suggest anyone interested in checking in on cruise news from time to time or to reminisce with the great cruise photos to please bookmark this thread.
