My fat cat is telling me it's time for bed; soooooooo:
Good night, all!
May God bless all who come to the Canteen.
May God bless & keep safe all our troops & their famlies!
Dear Lord,
There's a young man far from home,
called to serve his nation in time of war;
sent to defend our freedom
on some distant foreign shore.
We pray You keep him safe,
we pray You keep him strong,
we pray You send him safely home ...
for he's been away so long.
There's a young woman far from home,
serving her nation with pride.
Her step is strong, her step is sure,
there is courage in every stride.
We pray You keep her safe,
we pray You keep her strong,
we pray You send her safely home ...
for she's been away too long.
Bless those who await their safe return.
Bless those who mourn the lost.
Bless those who serve this country well,
no matter what the cost.
God, Bless America!

"Hi, redhead, late as usual. You have a parrot too? Who taught it to say, "Duh"? Do you have a picture?"Go to my profile page and scroll down. He's saying "DUH!" in my voice, so I guess I taught him. He picks up stuff I don't expect (like "oh, sh*t!" in a whisper) and refuses to say stuff I've been TRYING to teach him for years, like, "Nighty Night!" He's 10 years old (last month), and I've had him since he was a chick.

It is so good to "see" you, and hear what's going on over there. Prayers will most certainly continue for all our men and women still in harm's way. Thanks for your service. Are these the right kind of tanks?

I am so sorry I got so far behind today and didn't get to play. Now I feel like I'm running in quicksand trying to catch up. I did get a few minutes to sit out on the beach between chores. Quite relaxing. Thanks. Good night and sleep well, Diva, and thanks for all the support you provide every day for our troops.

Buster is beautiful. I was gonna ask if it takes a long time to get them to say stuff, but you kinda answered. They learn what they want.

Hi beach, I cannot believe I have gotten so far behind. Things really hectic at work. I did have a good sleep, just not enough of it. I think I need a keeper to make sure I get to bed earlier. I'm trying for midnight, which will be an improvement over 2:30am.
I did notice tom's attempt to pilfer Radix's pancakes. What to do, what to do?

Keep all of the soldiers here in your thoughts and prayers. Every day, every night...the hot action may be over, but it's still a very dangerous place to be and our prayers are with each and every man and woman in theater...including you!
I saw from your article you have 4 children waiting at home...they, too, are now in our prayers.
Carry on, Soldier!
