Nonsense! The Enquirer? Just ignore it. If there were such a tape, and the Enquirer had it, you'd be seeing it, or scenes from it.
What the Enquirer has is a story told by a third party. They do this stuff all the time.
So, don't get your hopes up.

Matt Drudge broke the Lewinsky story while Newsweek was sitting on it, according to Ann Coulter. The Enquirer might have been the first print source to report it, though.
