You can't support gay rights and then at the same time bitch that you can't have grandkids because your own kid is gay.
I don't feel bad either. He is of the age where he knew the dangers yet risked them anyway for his own gratification.

I suppose Barbra's child has had a towering resentment toward her. I'd have to pray long and deeply to get past that.

I suppose we will now have BS before Congress blaming the Administration for not stopping her son's destructive life style and risky behavior before it stopped him.
I'm very sorry for anyone going through a medical crisis, however at some point both this mother BS and her adult son had to make choices and live with the consequences.
It is ironic that Elizabeth Taylor, BS, and Cher all have children who are homosexual and have problems accepting them as such, though they expect the rest of America to do so. (Reports are that ET, this one about BS and Cher all want to issue some sort of gag order to their kids not to speak to the press) These are also the people who want the middle class taxpaying public to fund research and development into finding AIDS/or particular illness cures, however they do not donate the royalties from their vast contracts to fighting such devastating diseases.
I wonder, as a political aside, if she ever penned a note thanking GWB for his recent AIDS funding in Africa? Inquiring minds....

Please forgive me .....I feel nothing for them. That is about the most cold-blooded statement that I have read on this site.
The fact that you may detest Ms Streisand's politics, should not minimize the fact that I would not wish this on anyone.
We can agree to disagree, but when push comes to shove, it's just politics. It is not life and death, which is what they are, potentially, facing.
You should reconsider your post. Heaven forbid, this was not Streisand, but someone close to you that has to face this terrible disease.

Typical of a Clinonista, it isn't about Jason with the AIDS it it about Barbara and her pain. If she really cared for the man whe would want him to live his life as he wants. I wonder if Bill feels her pain with her? His forte don'chaknow!

Forgive me too, but for what she has done and said about our President I feel nothing for her.
For Jason I am sad, but he choose his life, and he knew the risk.
Also they are not the only son's and mother's facing the AIDS problem, so why even make her the subject of any thing in our conservative forum.
Barbara can drop dead!
