LAW OF THE LAND
Planned Parenthood
ends 'unholy alliance'
Pro-lifers' lawsuit forces split with public library system

A lawsuit has forced a Planned Parenthood branch to sever its special arrangement with a public library.
The Waco, Texas, library system included a facility run by Planned Parenthood of Central Texas that blocked access by people who have protested against the abortion provider.
Citing violations of free speech and equal access rights, three Waco women filed a suit last month in federal court after they were barred from Planned Parenthood's Audre Rapoport Library, which had become part of the city's public library system.
The suit seeks unspecified damages, an injunction to prevent Planned Parenthood from blocking access to people who have protested against abortion and a declaration the women's constitutional rights were violated.
Planned Parenthood's decision to withdraw its library from the system is "a clear admission of guilt," insisted Kelly Shackelford, chief counsel of the Plano, Texas-based Liberty Legal Institute, which represented the women.
"Rather than make their policies comply with the Constitution, Planned Parenthood has pulled out of the public library system in Waco, so they can continue to discriminate against patrons who disagree with their viewpoint on abortion," Shackelford said in a statement.
Pam Smallwood, executive director of Planned Parenthood of Central Texas, said the group regretted "the necessity to end our successful collaboration" with Waco.
"Although we support an individual's right to exercise their First Amendment freedom of speech, we must reserve the right to exclude individuals from our library in order that our security not be undermined," she said, according to a statement.
"Given the level of violence perpetrated on women's health-care providers in the United States, Planned Parenthood of Central Texas simply cannot risk placing our patients and staff in jeopardy," said Smallwood.
However, she said the Audre Rapoport Library will continue to make its resources available to the public. Under the agreement, the library system allowed Planned Parenthood to use its cataloging system in exchange for access to educational materials in the group's library on sexuality and health.
Shackleford said the suit likely would be dropped if Planned Parenthood admits its partnership with the library system was unconstitutional and agrees not to undertake such an effort again, the Waco Tribune-Herald reported.
"Our goal was to make sure if the government is involved in something that people are not discriminated against," Shackelford told the newspaper. "Obviously we'll look at it and see what they are actually going to do. But it won't change the fact that a violation occurred."
As WorldNetDaily reported, one of the area's most vocal pro-life advocates filed a similar suit against Planned Parenthood and the city in March.
Rusty Thomas, who is suing with the help of the California-based United States Justice Foundation, said he will consult with his attorney before deciding whether to pursue the suit, which also requests unspecified damages, the Waco paper said.
Thomas, formerly a leader with the group later known as Operation Rescue, had criticized city officials for allowing an "unholy alliance" between Waco, Planned Parenthood and the library.

Not to mention (specifically not to mention) the violence done on all them babies...
Yep. Just watch the John Gibson show. It's turned into the whacko Left hour on FNC.
And America accepts that paradoxical evil as if it is inconsequential to the society as long as a woman has 'a right to choose', despite the reality of the choice being killing an alive fellow individual human being/alive member of the human family. Can you imagine when that casual acceptance ushers in cannibalism, in the name of medical advancement, when conceiving and supporting individual human beings will be done completely outside of a human host and thus the living individuals will be thoroughly commoditized for their useful body parts? Yes, that is one of the horrors lurking expectantly along the deadly slippery slope of 'choice', and we are soon to reach that lurking evil.
Don't cry but there's a not uncommon practice in tv production of seeding the audience.
Horse Hockey!
Schools have installed the execrable Planned Parenthood, as the arbiter of children's values that are implemented via evil "values clarification" programs.
PP'hood teen mind-control is an atrocity. Teens are trained to seek out PP instead of parents.
The venal population controllers and PP'hood together with the Christian-baiting ACLU have pulled off an amazing corruption of our culture via their tortured elliptical arguments that have achieved the entire libertine reproductive agenda:
1) explicit K-12 sex education, including sexual perversions, at taxpayers' expense,
2) a fully fornicating society, and
3) abortion-on-demand with the gov't picking up the tab.
We are reaping the left-liberal whirlwind. The magnitude of crimes being committed is mind-boggling. The high school hazing atrocity is one such example of kids without moral restraint or self-control. Parents are killing children, children are killing parents, compounded by an utter disrespect for all authority.
Ugly Hollywarped messages in movies, songs and TV contribute to the cultural morass.
The hatred of Christian dicta by PP'hood and its acolytes has forced on our culture humanistic moral relativity, and political correctness, which abhors criticism of even the rankest criminal and degenerate sexual practices. Right and wrong do not exist in these twisted minds.
The PP'hood cancer in our culture is its ruination and this is a prime example of why it must be removed.
The best place to start is to get Planned Parenthood removed from schools. The architect of legalized abortion, PP'hood has been embedded in schools from K-12 teaching their amoral curricula. This is done under "Family Life" education in order to fool parents.
PP does nothing but proselytize kids into accepting a sexually libertine, pro-abortion, pro-homo lifestyle. The corrupted culture we live did not evolve in a vacuum. Parents need to find out what their children are learning. And they must insist PP'hood be taken out of their schools.
Moreover, we need to support legislation which will require Planned Parenthood to report child abuse. Parents were dismayed when a 14 year old called Planned Parenthood clinics around the country. She said she was pregnant but didn't want her 23-year-old boyfriend to be prosecuted.
Planned Parenthood was perfectly willing to abort the young girl and let the baby's father get away with rape and child abuse. If an abortion clinic fails to report, certain employees should be held criminally liable and should go to jail.
Meanwhile Planned Parenthood keeps raking in taxpayer's dollars at every level of government for its nefarious activities. Planned Parenthood should be defunded of our federal, state, county and local tax dollars, at once.
It seems you have to call in and make an appointment to gain access to the "public library". PPh then blocked access to anyone who had protested PPh in the past, or was related (not in the familial sense) to anyone who protested. It seems Rev. Rusty Thomas went to the library with a group and they wouldn't let him or those with him, in.
This is what he apparently was doing, which is why he was added to their "do not admit" list.
By proselytizing kids into their secular humanist religion (the epitome of which is the 'feels good, do it' philosophy), PP'hood is propagating itself, maintaining its tax funding, and affirming its mutating epistemological mien.
We also need to alert the community-at-large to PP's tactics. Spread the message far and wide.
Amen.
