Only 40 minutes? Top speed of an S-3 is about 500 mph. Crusing speed is about 450. That would put the Lincoln about 300 miles out.

Jeez, I wish Fox reporters would get their aeronautical facts right. The
S-3 is NOT a prop-driven aircraft.

Thanks. I'm taking the phone off the hook...locking myself in the bedroom to watch it. I better not have any interruptions. I pity anyone who messes this up for me. It won't be pretty. :-)

I'm sitting here in my cubicle cackling with glee at how the Dems must be seething - can you just picture Dashole and the Hildebeeste?

My calculations (based on someone's posted flight time of 40 minutes) say about 300 miles when Bush traps.

Thanks for the thread Howlin. I've got to leave here in about a half hour to run an errand. I've got my TV recorder going so I don't miss anything, and will scour the thread once I get back home.

Kerry has to tell people he is a veteran.
Bush boards a AF jet and people make the connection to his fighter pilot training without a word ever being spoken.
