You mean FReeper cliches? Or real people cliches?

FReeper cliches:

"This is series."
"This is hugh."
We could loose.
"That begs the question" (it usually "raises the question").
"Paradigm" in almost all contexts.

"They'll take my M1A1 Abrams when they can pry my charred and smoking corpse out of its blackened turret".

"Bush doesn't agree with me 100% on [pick one issue]. I'm [pick one] not voting/going Constimatushun Party/going Harry Browne/voting for the Dem if that is what we're going to get."

"I have every right to carry a machine gun into a bank if I want under the 2nd Amendment to the Constimatushun."

Nothing is as worn out as the "all your {whatever} are belong to us" cliche.

News writing is loaded with lazy cliches - for instance, whenever there's a problem with the economy, any potential fix is called a plan/program to "JUMP-START" or "KICK-START" the economy. It's as though the writers have never heard any synonyms for "stimulate." No do they care to learn.

These aren't on FR but the cliches I absolutely despise are "Thank you in advance" when someone makes a request, "You go girl!", "My bad!" and full grown women calling each other "Girlfriend".
