Except that his head was vaporized. Bush can't confirm anything without a body so Rummy, et al have to stick with the Dunno position. If they did claim he was dead, CNN would be shoving your plate under their noses.

I disagree. Its resolved. We gave Afghanistan freedom, we gave Iraq freedom, the bad guys are not in power. The people of those countries will have to worry about maintaining their freedom. Saddam and Osama are toast, whether or not they are dead.
