Nice to meet you. You and your fellow A.A.G.P.B.L. players are thinning out all the time, thus making those of you surviving all the more precious to us girls who wish there was such a league still around to try out for.

I meant "Commiecrap" as a term combining Anti-American Commies and Ultra-Liberal Democrats..."Commiecrap" = "Commie-Democrap", which is the category I hold the likes of Susan Sarandon/Tim Robbins (Bull Durham) and Rosie O'Donnell/Madonna Ciccone (A.L.O.T.O.).

I managed to find enjoyment in the movie at the time it was in theatres despite the left wing politics (and perversion) of those two castmates, but now that they've taken their opportunities to trash our nation and the values that were staples of YOUR heyday, I just can't bring myself to pop my tape back in the VCR.

I'm holding it back in hopes that one day, those two offenders see the light and SINCERELY repent to our Flag loving way of life, but I'm not holding my breath on that, either.

I really liked the parts when Kevin Costner was telling the batter what pitches were coming next.

It reminds me now of Bush telling Saddam what was coming next.

There I go again with my mixed up metaphors.

Welcome to the Show!

Thanks for the ping, I'm glad to see organizations rebuffing these Hollywood types that are ultimately putting our soldiers in more danger. And Sarrandon and Robbins to boot, what a treat.

I love strikeouts. Looking, swinging, foul tip into the catcher's mitt.

Comebackers to the pitcher as he's just gotten into his fielding position.

Love it all. Ground ball outs are OK, but better if you get two or three of them at a time. :-)

She has skinny legs anyway... {G}

...This is Cancellation No. 2 for SUSAN SARANDON in the last two weeks.

...The Tampa United Way has also cancelled the long planned SUSAN SARANDON $20,000 Guest Speaking Appearance before its fundraiser this month ..based on PRINCIPLE.

...Funny, isn't it, how this happened right after our Freeper ~GOD BLESS AMERICA~ Rally AP photo at the Oscars ran in the Tampa Newspapers and others around the country and the world..?

Now, IMPEACH MARTIN SHEEN.

Gotcha! And I agree wholeheartedly with your patriotic principles.

No two finer words in the English language than "Play Ball"!

(unless it's "Saddam Whiffs"!)

I don't know...it's possible...it could be that Bush is fondly remembered by some of his former co-owners as well. It's VERY appropriate. They can always do Field of Dreams or The Natural or, even better, The Rookie instead.

They just don't get it do they? Freedom of speech...It's a great thing and yes we can say whatever we want. However, we live in a Free Market society where the market place can decide what it will purchase or tolerate. Liberals want their cake and to be able to eat it too. They want the freedom to be as vile and venomous as possible and yet they want us to keep supporting them financially. They squeal like stuck pigs when someone calls them on it. Waaaaaaa……Freedom of speech…1st amendment rights….censorship…..waaaaaaaaaaa….

Here's a text of my email to the baseball hall of fame. I would encourage Freepers to

1. Thank Cooperstown for their actions - I'm sure they'll get plenty of grief from the enemy, and

2. GO VISIT THE PLACE

"I just wanted to thank you for your position on the actors who fail to support the United States and our way of life. It takes courage to do the right thing. And so few Americans have exhibited that kind of courage over the past forty years that it has emboldened those who hate our country to tear it down.

I for one am inspired by the actions of our troops in defending us.

My family & I visited Cooperstown for the first time last summer. We enjoyed the museum and the town. I am sure that we will return."
