Democratic presidential candidate Dennis Kucinich took his anti-war campaign to the House floor Tuesday, calling for an end to the fighting in Iraq to allow weapons inspectors to return.
Kucinich, a congressman from Ohio, repeated the phrase, "Stop this war now," 10 times in his brief speech. He said the U.S.-led military campaign was built on "falsehood."

Just what chain of events would follow if we ended the war at this point?

Translated: Yes I want to be the Democratic nominee, but no, I don't want to be President of the US.

Dennis Kucinich is an A#1 A-Hole. This says it all about Kucinich.

10 points to the person who can find detail about Kucinich's arrest for assault and battery while Mayor of Cleveland.
I recall his history being reported in great detail by New Times, but there are no NT archives out there.
I'd guess around 1978.

Kucinich, a congressman from Ohio, repeated the phrase, "Stop this war now," Is he talking about the US war on Iraq, or the equally successful RNC war on the DNC? Back on Sept. 12, when Bush first spoke to the UN last year, I said (to myself) that Bush was fighting a two front war... the Iraqis and the Democrats. Little did I realize that the UN was the third front it proved to be.

If Kucinich threatens for the nomination, believe me, we will have every detail imaginable about this courtesy of certain lady New York politicians.

Don't forget this Mr. Kucinich is now one of the "principled" Democratic Catholics who have abandoned protection of human life and embraced the position of the pro-choice "abortion" promoters, and all so that he can run for president.

10 points to the person who can find the old New Times article where Denny was charged with assault and battery.
I burned my archive, but I think it was in 1978/79, when he was Mayor Of Cleveland.

I remember when he was Mayor of Cleveland. His nickname then was Dennis the Menace. I see not much has changed...What a tool!

But I do recall New Times (a leftie rag of the time) reporting that he'd actually been arrested for assault and battery while mayor.
Or something like that. Some sort of "domestic" issue. Like beating up his wife's boyfriend/suitor???
Who can help here?

If the American people were just, every one of these would be absolutely out of office in the very next election.

Kucinich is an example of the real leftist element of the Democratic Party. Many conservatives think that Bill Clinton was a leftist but actually he was just a rank opportunist. Kucinich has the same ambition as Slick Willy but not the brains. He is a true believer of the leftist creed and is far more dangerous... if he gets in. But he is such a nut, I'll bet that even many hardcore Dems get queasy listening to him rant. He has no chance.

Dennis is an embarrasing Cleveland joke. He drove the city into bankruptcy in the 1970's. Senator George Voinovich had to work long and hard to bail us out from The Kucinich mess.
