CAMP PENNSYLVANIA, Kuwait (CNN) -- A U.S. soldier has been detained and is being questioned in connection with a grenade and small arms attack early Sunday at an Army camp in northern Kuwait, the U.S. Central Command said.

The attack at Camp Pennsylvania, where soldiers from the 101st Airborne Division are stationed, wounded 13 people -- six of them seriously -- U.S. military officials said. Central Command said the suspect is assigned to the division.

All three carry the death penalty.

Furthermore, there is only one appeal, that is to the USSC. These cases can't live on indefinitely.

I think we will see swift justice here. I just hope it is extremely swift.

I think I would handcuff him, gag him, and send him out toward enemy lines with "Allah sucks" painted on his chest.

First of all give him a lot of Versed IV via continuous infusion with a lot of morphine for his pain. When he is under the Versed, find out if he acted alone or was with other or is part of cells to do similiar acts of treason.

Then find out who recruited him if he is a Black Muslim, and if his Muslim Chaplains in the military preached the Muslim hatred.

Then let the IV Versed wear off and the morephine. Try him under a General Court Martial and execute him with a firing squad.

I think by military law that killing your fellow soldiers purposedly can merit execution.

However given the PC mindset that has imprisoned our common sense so far I doubt it.

My personal favorite would be to get all the big ol Southern black country boy NCOS who I'm sure are not terribly happy with this and let them have him.

I and some of my fellow white right wing extremist pals would have loved some free time with McVeigh.....a parallel a lot of the resident FR equivocators have been strumming tonight.

I say simply seal off the camp---so he can't run---and let the soldiers administer military justice.

I agree, I don't think being black has anything to do with it unless he was part of the Black Muslims organization (Farakhan/Nation of Islam).

Thanks for the info. I sincerely hope they implement the harshest penalty.

What troubles me is that so many of the spies caught in recent years have NOT been given the death penalty. I realize they may want to keep them alive for further questioning, BUT I also think they should carry through with the harshest penalty to help prohibit this type of activity.

I concur with you.

Since this happened in Kuwait, I say give him to our Kuwaiti hosts (and secretly ask them to deal with him in ways we are not allowed to in America.)

It is, after all, Murder and treason committed in Kuwait. Breaking rocks in Leavenworth for 40 years is too good for him.

The president has a choice to make and this is it. Get all Muslims in the forces out of Iraq and shipped back here.

Earlier, FOX said that he was an American convert to Islam. Yep, a black Muslim. The firing squad is too good for him.

There's no place for this vulgar, so-called "religion" in the civilized West, and CERTAINLY NOT in our Armed Forces.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

Did you forget this, hmm? Or would you like America to be like the places where only Approved ReligionsTM are allowed?

Going forward I would look at those who enlisted under clinton's watch too. There were no standards during that time. Who knows what was allowed in our military.

You might want to index this little tidbit about Williams, aka John Mohammad.

John Allen Williams aka John Mohammad, aka the DC sniper did something similiar in DS 1.

Here is the link to the thread about Williams/Mohammad throwing a thermite thread into a tent filled with soldiers in Desert Storm: "...[John Muhammad] Williams’s unit was sent to Operation Desert Storm to clear mines and bulldoze holes in enemy lines. A few nights before the invasion of Iraq, Sergeant Berentson awoke in the early hours to find his tent, with 16 sleeping men inside, on fire. Someone had tossed in a thermite grenade. Berentson, who was fed up with Williams’s insubordination, immediately suspected Williams and told the Army’s Criminal Investigative Division. Berentson says he last saw Williams being led away in handcuffs. Williams’s military records make no mention of the incident; indeed, they suggest Williams had a distinguished gulf-war stint. But Berentson always kept Williams’s name and dog-tag number in his wallet. He says he was not surprised to see Williams’s face on television..."
