One Soldier Dead in Grenade Attack in Kuwait-CNN

Sat March 22, 2003 11:59 PM ET WASHINGTON (Reuters) - One of the 13 soldiers wounded in a grenade attack on a tented camp in Kuwait early on Sunday has died of his injuries, CNN reported. Time magazine correspondent Jim Lacey told the broadcaster by telephone from Camp Pennsylvania in Kuwait that he had been told of the death by several people.

"We're allowed to talk about it," he said.

I need to correct myself, sort of.

Since Pres. Reagan re-instated the death penalty in 1984 under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, the prefered method is lethal injection. There are 18 "aggravating circumstances" which called for capital punishment.

Since this is a war-time situation, he can still be shot.

Hence why it's important to point out that the guy's a Muslim. It's not that he just went nuts, it's what was in his head already. It's either that he's a "Muslim", or that he's a "Black Muslim", i.e. a NOI guy. Both are COMPLETELY different animals, but they also refute the argument that he "just went nuts".

I betcha this has to do with the snipers from maryland..taking crackhead orders from binladen himself.

I hadn't thought that he may have been inspired by that ... maybe. But, eerily, I had wondered about the recent incidences of crimes involving black muslims and remembered sharply the snipers. I think the clues will be come in the second perp ... was he muslim? Was he black? or was he disgruntled? Either way, a tragedy (IMO) of epic proportions.

It was hilarious to see Aaron Brown and the imbedded CNN reporter while they stumbled all over themselves to not mention the the black Muslim angle that Sky News already reported. I've never heard so many "ums" and "ahs".
