Thank God -- Sky News is beginning to resemble CNN.

Just heard it myself. That is incredibly good news.
Per Major Garret, there was an embedded Sky News reporter who saw what had happened and he assumed the soldiers had been killed. They were wounded, but NOT killed.
HOORAY!

Apparently it looked bad so Sky News reporter assumed KIA but acc to Fox, not the case.

It seems to me that the same hideous left wing degenerate propaganda media that has attacked Drudge as a rumor mongerer can't seem to report any truthful news at all. One minute the smoke around Baghdad was caused by coalition bombs, the next minute it is caused by burning oil trenches. One minute Basrah is captured by coaltion forces the next minute Iraq is putting up a fight in Basrah. One minute an entire 8,000 man Iraqi division has surrendered, the next minute only the division commander has surrendered.
The so called mainstream news media is full of bull crap. They can't get anything straight. They have zero credibility.

I know that the duty of the press is not an easy one, but these guys are utterly irresponsible. They just leap at the first thing. On the net like this I like to have fun and speculate and stuff. These TV jokers though= IMHO - have a more serious charge yet have sense of responsibility.

Senator Tom Daschle (D) when hearing the news.
I am deeply saddened that these four American soldiers were not dead, but only injured.

WOO-HOO! Hope this news holds.

Aw Jeez! Daschle's gone flacid for sure! ;^)

Now Franks' advising not only is their no evidence the troops are dead but no evidence that the troops are even injured. Frank's can find no report by any of his field commanders of the incident that is rumored by the press.

Great News!

I was watching FOX at about 655 am and the black guy who is part of their morning group (I don't watch the morning show so I don't know who he is), blurted out that 4 Americans had been killed.
What stunned me was the tone of his voice and the appearance on his face seemed to be almost happy. I hate to say that, because I don't know the guy, but I was really taken aback by his statement. The gal on the morning show shut him up very quickly.
Did anybody else see this ... and did you have the same reaction ...??

It appears the embedded reporter thought they had died and filed the report before there was an investigation.
