[history]
Those were the items blown up by the Cincinnati Fire Department's bomb squad Monday afternoon after a suspicious suitcase was found near a local restaurant.
The suitcase was found at about 2:25 p.m. in front of the Fuddrucker's restaurant on Madison Road in the Rookwood Pavilion shopping center.

Next, how to defend yourself from a man with a banana, without a gun.

As a citizen of Cincinnati, I can say, "Only in Cincinnati" could this happen.

What went unreported is that bananas and certain Mexican floor tiles are radioactive.
Interesting that we had a suspicious radioactive piece of luggage that was blown up.
Makes one wonder if our radioactive sniffers on the ground detected this unusual piece of luggage, or if it was left to test our defenses.
Consider, whoever left this luggage now knows that we can detect a certain specific amount of radioactivity.
But other than that little detail it's a pretty funny image to contemplate exploding bananas!
