Prayer List of Our Troops

Several of us who have been meeting on the Yellow Rose of Texas prayer threads have been discussing the need that we have for a prayer thread devoted to our troops. Freepers can post names and pictures of their loved ones in the armed services here. We can post our prayers and best wishes for them and their families here in a central place.

We are in the beginning stages of planning the thread. Please, if you have a loved one, post his/her name or pseudonym below, along with a picture, if you wish, so that we can begin work.

Please ping your friends to this thread. We are trolling for names of our troops to pray for.

*BLUSH* reread your post 29. Thanks for the kind words! I have to say though that credit goes to many other fine freeper warriors of the spirit! Just off the top of my head I must mention Nita Nuprez, maranatha, beachn4fun,snippy_about_it, amom, FrogMom, grantswank, and Alamo-Girl. If I have left out anyone, please forgive me, but it does make my point that we have really been forging a large team over the last several weeks and days.

Thanks for bumping by, BIS! However, in the interest of accuracy I cant claim the idea! I am an enthusiastic cheerleader for it, though!

I think Nita Nuprez, maranatha, Palladin, Mr Silverback, and beachn4fun were the first ones to discuss the need for this thread. Immediate support for the idea came very quickly from several freepers!
