NEW FREEPER CHAPTER?? - VENTURA COUNTY, CA

I want to start a Ventura County Chapter! We need to have at least two members to get a chapter going. Please let me know that you are out there and interested. And if you are a lurker, please consider joining Free Republic. I lurked for years before I took that big step forward in the right direction.
