What ever happened to parenting and morals? Now the Department of Education (in London, UK) is giving guidelines to our children's sex life? How long until this is taught here in the States?

Clinton has already aided in teaching American teens that oral sex isn't sex.

I despise what Clinton did, but I blame Ken Starr for making it all public.

Here's a sure fire 100% guaranteed stopping point: take a quarter (or similar English coinage) and put it directly behind the kneecap of one leg. Hold the coin in place with the knee of the other leg - continue as necessary.

British school children are to be controversially asked to consider oral sex instead of intercourse as part of a drive to cut the country's high teenage pregnancy rate. ,br>
I am surprised they haven't asked them to resort to homosexuality as means of reducing pregnancy
Look at Britain for the future of the USA
I wonder if the war in Iraq is worth it
Maybe we are the satans

That's true. As a former educator I remember being asked by my students to clarify such things. Yup, to hell in a handbasket...

Ken Starr was doing his job. Blame Goldberg and Coulter.

Great!!! I wonder if they will tell the children about the diseases they can contract for this practice, that can be passed on to future children.

BS
1. First you don't despise Clinton
2. Matt Drudge exposed it and the papers ran with it
3. Ken Starr only did what the courst instructed him to. Investigate Clinton's obstruction of justice

Oh. So it's Ken Starr's fault that Clinton lied under oath? Get real.

This is a duplicate article. I don't know how to link it, but I'll go bump the other one.
It has nearly 40 posts on it, and the excellent commentary on this thread should be carried to that thread.

Wow this is such a good idea. Why didn't planned parenthood think of this before? Any married couples not wanting children could just practice heavy petting instead of intercourse. This is going to be a huge success.

Oral Sex
This is a plan? I think we left out the last step. Scre_ing like a bunch of drunken sailors. What human in their right mind thought oral sex was going to prevent the genuine article? Even George Orwell's most deprived characters found this plan a bunch of hoey!
Any plan that suggests the first four steps above then stopping, is going to attain the same success as asking airliners to simply lower the landing gear without landing. The inevitable is going to happen once the process is initiated.

You forgot Jocelyn Elders, Clinton's first physician advices to the children to masturbate and have oral sex. That was almost ten years ago! We are definitely ahead of the Brits!

Oh yeah...I forgot about Elders. What a vile individual.

To you and the others: do you think Clinton was the only President to fool around? If so, I have a bridge in Baghdad to sell you.
There were many reasons to disagree with Clinton's policy's, but his personal life was his own damn business, and Starr and Company should NEVER have investigated that stuff.
