A visit to radical Islamic Sheik Omar Bakri Muhammad's web site appears to indicate that there is some sort of Islamic terror attack planned on the United Kingdom.

A poster advertising a London rally on Feb.16 shows an ominous brooding individual with a map of the United Kingdom and several sights emblazoned on his chest. Dominating the picture a portion of the country is in the crosshairs of a gun. A gun is also displayed prominently on the bottom right hand corner of the poster.

While the image could initially be thought of as a very sick joke, a quick perusal of the site will quickly convince you that Bakri Muhammad means business and that graphics like this need to be taken seriously.

On an explanation page of what Bakri and his movement stand for, visitors to the site can read this almuhajiroun exists to call society to Islam, to command society to do good and to forbid society from doing evil, and to work to establish the Khilafah.

However, here's the scary part about how Muhammad and his followers go about accomplishing their objectives. (Our) "methodology to achieve these objectives is not rational, but rather based on the divine text and is the same as that employed by Rasool Allah (saw). It is necessary to follow his (saw) example in carrying da'wa, the same way he (saw) commanded the good and forbade the evil of society and the same way he (saw) established the first Islamic State in Madina".

Although this poster appears to be the most horrifying thing on the site at present, Muhammad's personal philosophy appears to be right in step with the threat so graphically portrayed. For example. Like Osama bin Laden, Muhammad wants to see the worldwide domination of Islamic rule. Under an article titled "Western Values are Perverted Values," we see a horrifying definition of both Muhammad's personal philosophy and Islamic fundamentalism.

"Islam does not recognize freedom, but rather insists on complete submission to the law of Allah in all the affairs of society, whether that be in the ruling, social, economic or judicial systems or in the foreign policy of the Islamic State. There is no compulsion for non-Muslims to embrace Islam but no compromise in obeying the ISLAMIC law of the land, upon Muslims and non-Muslims. Democracy is also anathema to Islam, since Muslims do not believe in the rule of the majority or in elections every four or five years or in sovereignty for anyone or anything other than Allah, whether that is the people, their government or any constitution, be it the UN, OIC or any other body. As for secularism, Islam considers anyone adopting this to have committed an act of apostasy, for considering any part of life's affairs to be outside the ambit of the divine law will make one a non-Muslim apostate."

In case you still have any doubts about Muhammad's intent and fundamentalist Islamic ideology, this article makes it abundantly clear. It reads:

"The Islamic ideology is an ideology revealed by Allah, the Creator. It offers the only correct, comprehensive, and viable way of life for the human race, providing them with a sound purpose, a clear vision, and a stable life. It manifests itself in the personalities of its followers and in the form of a system implemented by a State. It is a universal ideology meant to liberate all of mankind. Consequently, one cannot accept for this ideology to be confined to a specific people or land; rather, it has to be offered to all of mankind. In order to deliver this ideology to the rest of humanity, the State that adopts this ideology shoulders the responsibility of carrying it to new lands. As would be expected, this goal will lead to a conflict with other states and their ideologies. This conflict has to be resolved either through diplomacy or through force ."

Jihad, or the use of force, is the official foreign policy of the Islamic State. If you think otherwise and are still toying with the thought that Islam is a peaceful religion, you're fooling yourself. An article on Muhammad's site points this out:

"At best, (Jihad's) legal meaning can be understood as ‘using military force, where diplomacy fails, to remove the obstacles the Islamic State faces in carrying its ideology to mankind.' The aim of Jihad, unlike the Crusades, past and present, is not to forcibly convert the inhabitants of other lands to Islam. Rather, it is to provide them with the security that comes from the application of Islam, leaving them the choice of adopting Islam or keeping their own religions. The affairs of the society however must be run according to Islamic law."

It's obvious Muhammad is posing a house of horrors that you should pray you never have the misfortune to enter. But who is the man? He was born in Aleppo, Syria, in 1958 and grew up in a wealthy Muslim family, becoming a serious student of Islam and the Koran. He received his B.A. in Shari'ah and the foundations of Islamic law from Shari'ah University in Damascus, obtaining a master's degree in Islamic jurisprudence from the University of Al-Imam Al-U'zaie in Beirut.

According to the Middle East Media Research Institute, Muhammad portrays himself as being the spokesman for bin Laden's International Islamic Front for Jihad against Jews and Crusaders and according to MEMRI has admitted that the organization raises funds for the Hamas, the Islamic Jihad, and is "in touch" with the Hizbullah.

According to MEMRI, Muhammad has lived in London since 1985 and preaches at a number of London mosques. He also routinely presents himself as a spokesman for the International Islamic Front, which he describes as being the political wing of bin Laden's Islamic Front for Jihad against Jews and Crusaders.

Not surprisingly, Muhammad has no problem with airplane hijackings, according to MEMRI reportedly telling an Egyptian newsweekly:

"The Islamic movement has the right to sacrifice whoever it sees fit. The rule is that (Muslim) children, women, and the weak should not be a goal except in one situation: if it is difficult to win without sacrificing them. So, if hijackers find (Muslim) women, and children and elderly people on a (hijacked) plane, they should set them free except if the goal of the hijackers is to free women, children, and elderly people held prisoners in countries. In this case, they can be kept, because the blood of Muslims is equal (to others blood), but they can sacrifice foreigners on the plane... and if you study Sharia you will know that. The fedya (ransom) of a Muslim is 12,000 dirhams, while that of a Dhimmi (i.e. a Christian or a Jew under Muslim rule) is 4,000 dirhams."

The Islamic entente plans to strike Great Britain with a massive attack designed to collapse the nation as an effective factor in World War III. A pair of "positioning" attacks followed by massive primary strikes against government and financial centres -- are designed to spark a Muslim fifth columnist uprising that will destroy the United Kingdom as a functioning geo-political entity.

Some four hundred Eastern Holy Warriors -- veterans of campaigns in Chechnya, Kashmir, and the Balkans -- infiltrated into Britain since last Autumn's successful weapons smuggling operation. Almost two tonnes of weapons -- assault rifles, grenades, light mortars, and ammunition in place for the military element of this assault. When the go signal is activated, these urban warfare specialists prepared to fight a Tet offensive style battle in London and other major cities in a spectacular bid to win World War III by effectively knocking Great Britain out of the fight before the US can launch her ground attack versus Iraq.

Senior al-Qaeda operatives' conversations picked up by electronic eavesdropping speaking of "an explosion that will be felt as far away as Paris..." Intelligence officials believe they have pinpointed this primary strike to be against London and of a nature that will destroy much of the city's financial district.

The recent UK alert concerning al-Qaeda using MANPADS missile attacks against Western airliners seen as one of the two "positioning" attacks in the intial phase of this classic Eastern "stretch and break" assault programme. To a certain dgree it is now the Islamic entente controlling tempo on the batlefield as they are able to maneuver the limited British Homeland Security capability along pre-designated avenues. Combined with the strain on law enforcement resources during the weekend's massive peace march, these past hundred hours of alert status have substantially weakened the UK defensive perimeter as it has been forced to expand.

Dry is good and wind is better...

It is not the battalion of Eastern Holy Warriors British intelligence must now be concerned about. Fighting in 25-30 kampfgruppen -- much as the NVA and Vietcong did in 1968 -- these suicide fighters will kill ten times their number against unarmed civilians before ultimately being neutralised by the military or succeeding in their quest to launch the revolt and subsequent civil war. Either way they are not the primary threat -- that will of course be the WMD strike that, if successful, will level much of London.

It seems unlikely the Islamic entente will use "Allah's suitcase" as the WMD element in this attack. The intelligence chatter picked up keeps referring to "London burning forever" which intelligence officials have interpreted as massive conventional explosions contaminated -- not with radioactive so-called "dirty bomb" elements -- but some kind of incendiary booster/breeder.

And yes, Tony Blair tracks the wind direction and velocity every day in his morning briefing. His meteorologist the Prime Minister's modern day equivalent of a fourtenth century tea leaf reader...

The Islamic entente battle plan is quite sound as Britain is both the most critical and the weakest link in the American coalition against Iraq. This attack designed not simply to kill and terrorise, but to alter the strategic balance of World War III and effect a decision for the outgunned side. If for any reason the US attack on Iraq is prevented -- either by left wing peaceniks or the Islamic entente counter-assault -- it will be a devastating blow to the United States. The strongest card in the deck for the West remains the modern day Bismarck -- George W Bush. This man -- the 21st century's greatest statesman -- will not permit the US attack to be derailed by events under his control. However events now rapidly spiralling out of his reach. The president must advance the timetable of the US attack to the early am (Baghdad time) March 1st as outlined in the "Hasty Mobilisation" scenario now on his desk.

To wait until mid or late March to attack is to give the opposition sufficient time to win the war and humble the West with this stunning coup de main. It also means London will probably be destroyed and thousands of innocent Brits wiped out. Hopefully when Americans turn on their evening news on Friday February 28 they are greeted by Rather, Jennings, and Brokaw announcing "The war has begun..."

Otherwise the entire world may end up watching the Islamic entente rampage through London live on CNN and Sky News as the West is beaten once again by General Giap's classic strategy. As the American pianist Billy Joel once put it, "Dien Bien Phu falls -- rock around the clock..."

Wow, that's a pretty scary scenario. Frankly, it sounds a bit fantastic, but post 9/11 I don't totally dismiss things like this. I can't say that I would want to trade places with anyone living in London right now and I live in Manhattan.

If I were Blair I would have at least one or two battalions of light infantry and one battalion of mech infantry ready to help the London Police.

Jeremy was born in Britian and became a US citizen in 1998. He is a Christian who runs the homeless shelter as a Christian ministry. If you click on the link, you will see that the shelter is in financial distress and could use any help it can get. Albuquerque has one of the highest rates of drug-related crime in the country, and the shelter offers help to those addicted to drugs and alcohol as well as to the homeless. Seeing as it’s all speculation on your part, let me add my speculative response.

Incensed and in a fit of violent rage, large segments of the British public take matters into their own hands and turn on local muslim communities. They react with slaughter and destruction on a scale never seen before on the shores of Britain, within 72 hours hundreds of thousands of muslims succumb to a furious onslaught, mosques lay in smouldering ruins, the mullahs lie within. Easily profiled the muslims made a fundamental error in judgement, unlike their IRA contemporaries they do not blend in with the majority of the British public and, as successive Whitehouse administrations sought the ‘Irish’ vote by tempering a British response to the IRA, the muslims do not have the luxury of Washington’s support. Ultimately, as their leaders preached terrorism, the ordinary muslims eventually pay a severe price for their own complicity and a reluctance to censure the mullahs. For the 40,000 British dead the call goes out to kill them all, some 400,000 muslims pay the ultimate sacrifice.

The muslims inner city locality, once a religious and cultural sanctuary for them, now becomes their Waterloo. From without, vigilante groups seek to take their revenge for the murder of their fellow citizens, from within some muslims turn on their own. The SAS and SBS counter terrorism ‘bricks’ activate, operating on standing orders they initiate a classic ‘Keeni Meeni’ campaign to eliminate known and suspected muslim terrorists in their own neighbourhoods, 14th Int’l operates with complete impunity to extract information by any means deemed necessary.

Illegal firearms dealers sell their stocks within 12 hours, loyalist groups in Northern Ireland reactivate, and the guns point in the direction of the muslim communities. Fearing the worst some British groups begin to distribute HME’s which have been prepared and readied beforehand, the pipe and nail bombs are used indiscriminately against groups of people, residential properties and soft targets.

Caught by surprise by the intensity of the backlash, the government mobilise the Territorial Army and Regular Reserve, many more ex-servicemen volunteer to re-enlist. Too little too late, the damage to the muslim community is already done. Smaller groups like North Cornwall’s 33 registered muslims succumb to the 80,500 majority, Bradfords 75,000 muslims suffer serious loses and are forced to barricade streets to protect themselves from the constant day and night attacks from the vigilante groups. Under extreme pressure to retaliate for London, the government orders HMS Victorious and HMS Vengeance re-armed, each with a full compliment of 195 warheads, and take-up position in the Mediterranean Sea and Indian Ocean respectively.

Across the western world similar scenarios are played out, dreading a replay of the U.K.’s circumstances, citizens in the U.S.A, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain and Italy strike first. Muslim communities in the west are sent reeling and are unable to recover the trust that was once given freely. Weeks later mass expulsions of muslims are in full swing, the door to the west shuts forever on muslim immigration.

Your description of the West's reaction to an Islamic Entente bombing in London is absolutely correct.  It would only further the West's resolve to defeat the Jihadists and the Useful Idiots would would be joining the brick throwing crowd.

You were reporting, at this time last year, about the coming spring offensive and (positioning and detention) of Allah's Suitcase in Moscow by summer. What happened?

I find the scenario that Fusion painted somewhat farfetched on the whole, but there are certain elements of it that don't seem all that implausible to me.

I think the UK should be very concerned about a mass casualty attack and the City of London would be an obvious target. Tony Blair seems to think that this type of attack is a real possibilty. I'm sure the intel he receives keeps him awake some nights.

I have heard estimates of as many as 200+ members of Al Qaeda in New York City, so it wouldn't be surprised if twice that number were in London because of the large muslim population in that city. Although the gun laws in the UK are much more restrictive than those in the US criminals in the UK seem to be able get their hands on weapons easily enough. That is why I think it would be wise to have military units ready to respond to any large scale attack. I know that London has a large police force (25,000 PO's), but I get the impression that it has relatively few heavily armed officers. I think a clandestine attack involving a small group of terrorists employing some type of WMD is much more likely than a massive assault involving hundreds of armed warriors, but the latter can't be totally discounted either IMO.

I disagree with Fusion about the public reaction to such an attack. I think a large scale multi-pronged attack might indeed produce a large number of casualities, but that would not break the spirit of the British people. On the contray, I think most of the people in the UK would be galvanized to fight. I think that the islamic communties in the UK would pay a severe price and the terrorists would come to rue the day they decided to attack the British mainland.

I don't claim to by psychic or super-perceptive or anything of that sort, but just looking into Tony's eyes lately leads me to believe he knows something it's not easy to know. And to think I used to disparage the guy as "Bubba Junior." Nowadays I think something very dark gave him quite a start, turned him toward the light and grew him a backbone.

I think your analysis of Tony Blair's recent resolve is right on the mark. The Prime Minister well aware of what's on the horizon for the UK and he is responding in Churchill-like fashion to the 21st century appeasers that have forgotten the lessons of World War II in just three score years.

Blair's aggressive moves have been right on the mark so far but he cannot allow his security apparat to relax and lower their guard. He must continue to authorise increased arrest and detention powers to law enforcement while preparing to put the military into the streets in force.

(By the way, it is good to see Tony C back in this space. I seem to recall he was but a wee laddie during the Falklands show, but no doubt he has been well trained by the veterans of Goose Green and Port Stanly for the coming fight. Should the Islamic entente strike in his sector I am sure he will be a credit to his regiment -- and perhaps even subsequently mentioned in despatches...)

The Islamic entente plan is very sound and -- if I may be so bold -- a brilliant triumph of non-linear thinking. The assault programme provides the anti-Western forces a legitimate opportunity to win World War III with a military defeat -- just as General Giap did in 1968. It really doesn't matter whether the British citizens rise up and kill every Muslim in the UK in a spectacular burst of revenge or stay cowering in their homes -- they are not a factor in the geo-political realities of this current equation.

A WMD strike on London sends a clear and chilling signal to France and Germany and the others sitting on the fence: If you get involved you get burned -- stay home and count your euros and be assured your oil import quotas will be maintained. The argument that the Islamic entente risks alienating their support in the peace movement by attacking the UK is the logic of overpaid bureaucrats/fools who have risen much too far above their effective station.

The strike on the UK is designed to split the Western coalition along its most fragile fault lines. The images of London burning and Islamic entente gunmen fighting pitched battles block by block in the heart of London will send much of the Islamic world into beserker status. Not only will the UK be paralysed by an Islamic fifth column uprising -- but Muslim radicals around the world will feel empowered to launch rogue attacks against soft Western targets resulting in a self-sustaining escalation of the fight.

The pressure on the US to stand down following this attack will be extraordinary -- this is the only hope the Islamic entente has of halting the US strike on Iraq. That is why president Bush must advance the American launch timetable...

Finally, you mention something "very dark" giving Blair a start. I'm sure you are well read enough to know about the difficult decision Churchill faced concerning Coventry in 1940. If not, I would advise you or anyone else who is concerned to learn what is now recognised as the truth about the German attack there and why it succeeded.

Yes, Tony Blair acting like Churchill in more heart-breaking ways than one -- he knows the score...

Fusion's prophecy relies the collapse of society through bombing the British into submission, and that’s where it fails and calls into doubt the rest of the assumptions he makes. For instance the Luftwaffe failed using the same tactics in 1941, as did the USA in North Vietnam, if Fusion assumes that the British public will capitulate in short order to a bombing campaign - he’s wrong.

By comparison, at the end of 1941 the Luftwaffe had dropped 36,000 bombs on Britain killing 40,000 people (the number in Fusion’s prophecy) they lost 2,400 planes and crew in the process, and galvanised the British resolve to resist, that was not the effect they hoped for. The most frustrating thing for the ‘ordinary man on the street’ must have been the lack of opportunity to strike back, with 400 or 4,000 terrorists on the ground those ordinary folk won’t remain ordinary for very long. Not only would the terrorists pay, but so would the communities that harbour them, add to that these ordinary people will not be hamstrung by the political niceties of the PC west, then the pay back will be vicious and uncompromising.

As for a dirty bomb, well it would cause death, destruction and economic chaos, but it still doesn’t match the blinding flash of destruction you get from the real thing and we’ve got them.
