Cuban President Fidel Castro (news - web sites) votes this Sunday Jan. 19, 2003 in Santiago De Cuba, Cuba. Cubans voted Sunday to elect the 609 National Assembly members that make up the country's parliament. (AP Photo/Jose Goitia)

Caption neglects to mention that all 609 "candidates" are unopposed. Caption also does not mention that Elian's dad has been given one of these seats.

No hanging chads in this election because there are no holes to punch. All candidates are unopposed. No need for recounts.

Election problems have been solved!

Obviously a great example of "democratically elected leadership choosen by the people" according to liberals. (Arafat is on their lists too).

Of course, when six recounts show Bush wins 31 out of 50 states against six other active candidates, he considered an power usurger who "stole" the election with the help of a "partisan" supereme court.

What is significant about Mitch Miller? Didn't he host the Tonight Show or something?

Sing Alongs.

He appeared on numerous tv shows and continues to give concerts, especially at the holidays.

Fidel bears a slight resemblence but more significantly is raising his fingers to lead the chorus like Mitch does.

Not too numerous. I have never seen the cat, but I have seen old vinyl albums of his. Unfortunate for him if he resembles ole Fidel.
