My guess is that Peterson may have had a habbit of beating his wife .. but this time he went to far and killed her ..

She was 8 months pregnant .. why not call her family or friends or her OB Doctor or the hospital to see if she was there having the baby .. instead he called the police

I also heard that comment by Mark Furman. Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought he said that after calling her family and friends he called the police. What surprised him was that the husband called the police only 1 1/2 hrs later after coing home and not finding here there.

He didn't even check around with the hospitals in the area being that she was 8 mos pregnant that is what is surprising.

I also saw the Mark Furman comments on Tv last night, and I thought he made a very valid point....

the husband gets home at 4:30 pm from "fishing" ...his wife is not around, he calls a few relatives and then CALLS the POLICE at 6pm!

1 1/2 hrs later...which in reality is odd because why PANIC that's she's missing, foul play etc.... Mark Fuhrman also made the point that even people with "kids" they can't find don't call the police that quickly - they still think the kid is at a friends house etc....

He (the husband gone fishing christmas eve) doesn't sound like the 'touchy feely' worry about the pregnant wife type anyway

Besides - she could've been 'shopping' or at the grocery store it was christmas eve there's always the last minute thing, out and about doing a few errands.

I asked my husband if he would've called the police after 1 1/2 hrs of not knowing where I was and he laughed because I easily could be doing stuff-not have my cell phone on etc....at the mall - etc

the 'jump to conclusion' to call police so quickly is odd...

too bad the dog can't talk, I bet he took the dog for a 'ride w/leash on' let it out somewhere (thinking it would be found wandering and NOT back at the house probably)

I also doubt the 'object' is his wife, it's almost too easy...
