She was 8 months pregnant .. why not call her family or friends or her OB Doctor or the hospital to see if she was there having the baby .. instead he called the police. I also heard that comment by Mark Furman. Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought he said that after calling her family and friends he called the police. What surprised him was that the husband called the police only 1 1/2 hrs later after coing home and not finding here there.
He didn't even check around with the hospitals in the area being that she was 8 mos pregnant that is what is surprising.

Now you're made an excellent point. Although I never read that he called anybody other than family, why would he NOT call her doctor?

Scott and Laci Peterson intended to have a Christmas Day Brunch and had invited guests (this as per Detective Ridenour, Modesto Police Dept.) That requires preparations and who the heck wants a man moping around the house.
My guess is that she had things to do, Scott would only be in the way and he wanted to check out that Marina up in Berkley.
Please note: this man loved to fish. Their nursery, their little baby boy's room, was packed with fishing related items, according to criminologist Jack Levin.
I would be surprised if the sonar hit at the Marina is a human body. One thing more; Detective Ridenour said they are keeping a close watch on OTHER suspects. The two thieves, maybe?
not saying it wasn't him...but the husband called police after he found her purse and keys at home. And I don't remember seeing anything that said he never called anyone else.
