Did anyone else see Cal Thomas(filling in for O'Reiley) slam the physician about the school luch programs. This was the same physician that was on the Washington Journal this a.m. talking about suing the fast food industries and wanting to take meat, milk and cheese out of the school lunch programs. He sounded real good this morning. Well Cal brought out that his spouse who he filed his tax returns with was the president of PETA. He denied he had a spouse but not that he filed tax return with "someone" as a spouse or that they are the president of PETA. He got kinda shook up. Cal also brought out that his group had received over a million dollars from PETA in donations. Wonder who his so called un-married spouse is??? The animal rights groups are atacking at the school level now. Kinda like the anti-gun and anti- everything left is getting more control of our society very slyly.

The whole discussion was civil and Cal had him in his heels from the get-go. I am not a real Cal Thomas fan, but this was a refreshing change from O'Reilly's teen sex fantasies. I thoroughly enjoyed the way Cal worked him over. The best parts were the question about the doctor's wife, and the questions about where the doctor's organization got the majority of it's funding - PETA.

Did O'Reilly have this guy on once? I remember a doctor on O'Reilly with the thinnest neck and the hollowest cheeks that I have almost ever seen on a man who hasn't been in a concentration camp. He was pretending that all milk products are full of fat and dangerous to consume. His looks alone were enough to put you off his opinions. Could it have been the same guy?

There's supposed to be some statistical basis to the statement that vegetarians don't live quite as long as those of us who follow our evolutionary pattern of eating meat and drinking milk. Not to mention, vegans look so "pasty."
My niece has chronic fatigue syndrome or something like that. She's 15 and is a vegetarian. My sister hasn't made the connection.

False assumption - If the IRS can prove you live with someone, they will FORCE you to file as married.
That's because us married folks pay more tax.
Heard of the "Marriage Penalty?"

This guy looked like that. I got the idea that maybe his so called "spouse" was a guy and they filed as if married.(maybe another protest) I don't know why but that was they body language I read from him. He just repeated about three times he did not have a spouse. Maybe I'm reaching. Does anyone know if the current president of PETA is a man??

It sounds like the same doctor I saw on O'R. Weird guy. His opnions weren't real persuasive once you got a good look at him. The other thing that annoyed me was that he didn't distingiush between whole milk, and 1 percent, skim, etc., but pretended that all milk products were equally high in fat which is plainly a lie by omission. O'R. didn't even try to catch him on it, either.

Saw the show.....still laughing at the way Cal cut him off at the end when he was trying to give out his web address.....to O'Reilly's millions of viewers.

We are "OMNIVORES," --as ANY Competent PaleoDentist will verify! Humans ARE NOT, & HAVE NEVER BEEN, "Vegetarians!" "VEGETARIANISM" is an Ignorant Perversion of Normal Human Dietary Requirements. HUMANS ARE OMNIVORES! Doc

Let him have his way and stop the school lunch program. We can then blame PETA and not the Republicans for a change.

"False assumption - If the IRS can prove you live with someone, they will FORCE you to file as married." How could they do this?
Can't married couples choose to file individually?

If God didn't intend for us to eat animals, why did He make them out of meat?LOL

Cal Thomas needs his own show. He was very impressive tonight.Cal HAS his own show on FOX during the weekends late. It just came out about 2 weeks ago. Something called After Hours with Cal Thomas, I think. I haven't seen it yet, but I like him.

Sure. One can file as "Married, Filing Seperately." This allows you to split the marriage penalty between yourselves, if you are a silly liberal family with seperate finances.
The IRS is very accomodating to these things, you know...
