To our monthly donors:
If you have not re-upped your donation information to our new system, it's time to do so now.
Our scoreboard shows receipts to-date for the current quarter and a breakdown of monthlies by state:

It's not too late to renew your monthly donations before the end of the year:

Also, we have added a direct link to our secure server for donations to the Latest Posts pages. Click the credit card image at the top of the right-hand column.
To all FReepers and Lurkers:
Please consider a monthly donation to Free Republic. You can do it by credit card, by PayPal or by check. Free Republic is funded solely by donations from our readers and participants. Your donations ensure that Free Republic remains on the air.

I was wondering what those credit cards were doing up there. At first I thought they were part of the CPAC banner. Maybe you could put a little "donate to FR" or something with it?
BTTT for the best conservative discussion board on the web! I LOVE FREE REPUBLIC! Thank you Jim!

Bump for the best site on the web!
At someone else's suggestion, I put a link to the donation page on my profile page. Others may want to consider doing the same thing.
Merry Christmas to you and your family, Jim! And thank you!

I like the monthly donation option. I don't even notice the few dollars a month on my credit card.
Bump.

Thank you!
And Merry Christmas to you and yours!!

I've been doing the credit card thingie for nearly two years now and can vouch for the safety and security of donating that way. And I had no trouble at all switching over to the new system.

I've had no problem with the credit card donations except for one thing. Several months ago I cancelled the credit card that I was using for my (very modest) monthly donation and no one from FR notified me that my donations had stopped.
I hope that has changed because I felt terrible about it when I found out.
As far as security goes, donating to FR via credit card is as secure as any transaction on the internet which is probably more secure than using a credit card at a store and leaving a paper trail.

Thanks, BG. I pulled my last AE bill and found the FR charge, so I guess that means I'm still in the loop??
