I'm going to watch it, to see if he can play "Al Gore" as well as that SNL actor did during Election 2000.

Gag! Guess I'll watch MAD TV instead.
To: Larry Lucido
LOL...but, Al's been practicing his stand-up routine. Now, he's "Mr. Personality"!

I sure hope he doesn't wear a blue shirt and has the sense to wear a jacket at ALL times!
This will be a ratings stinker.

Should I stay up, or set an alarm?
To: habs4ever
Oh, no - everyone will tune in. He'll be a hit on tv. But will Podunk buy his image on a cereal box? I mean, will America vote for him in 2004? (Stay tuned!) Frankly, I have complete faith in Mr. Gore's ability to do something to alienate even his most ardent fans.

I'm waiting for the Trent Lott jokes and possible skit that will come with tonight's show.
We could have made this all a moot point earlier in the week.
To: GraniteStateConservative
I am wondering if he's going to dig all the way back to Election 2000 for material. Or, if he and some actor playing Terry McAuliffe will be in a skit, plotting to steal the FL Gov race from Gov Jeb.

12/15/02? Was there like a Leap Friday that I slept through?
To: summer
I replenished my antacid supply (depleted during the Algore appearance on Chrissy's Hard Copy) just for the this occasion.

What are you trying to tell me, or do I have to consult a datebook! :)

Who's Al?
To: summer
No problem, I just figured out that you are using the Chinese calendar. Happy New Years!
But where are the dragons and fireworks?
To: Diddle E. Squat
OK, I think I meant "14" in my headline there! Sorry! I was reading a Dem site and got the date wrong. All of one Al Gore fan posted on the thread. Things are not looking good for Dems in 2004!
