"Does this pertain to the forced sex with the female victims?"

Yes it does.

Words just fail me. Listening to the victim's families speaking at this moment, is just heart-breaking.

I just sent my recommendation to our governor-elect:

Subject: Huge source of savings and additional revenue

I wish to submit a proposal that would not only save the state at least one million dollars, but would additionally generate several million dollars of new revenue to the state.

With the Carr brothers being sentenced to death for the savage killings in Wichita, this presents an opportunity for a huge windfall, in addition to you showing constituents that you're not soft on crime like most democrats.

My idea is this:

Hold a lottery for executioner for these animals.

Have a one year period for appeals. (Savings: nine years of maintenance and legal costs).

During this time sell entries for executioner (who will decide the method of execution) for $25 per entry. (Revenue generated: at least $5 million if limited to Kansas residents; $500 million to $1 billion if open to all US residents.)

Televise the execution on Pay-per-View. (Potential revenue: $1 billion.)

As you can see, the state would not only solve its budget woes, but would be flush with cash, so that you can spend, spend, spend. Your reelection to a second term will be assured, and you will become known as the greatest governor in Kansas history.

Respectfully,
A Proud Kansas Citizen

You can send your budget recommendations to Kathleen Sebelius here.

Good Morning TS

If I were you I would be expecting a visit from the KBI shortly after they get hold of your idea :-)

I have to admit though it does have some merit.

Thank you, KS. I wonder when Rosie O. will come to the Carr brother's rescue?

"On a personal level, I don't believe in killing people to teach other people that it's wrong to kill people"

The death penalty is not to teach someone that's it's wrong to kill another human being. Anyone with 1/4 of a brain should know that already. The death penalty is to rid society of evil, vile, scum that can never be rehabilitated.

"Being put in prison for life is more punishment than being put to death," said the Rev. Kevass Harding

WOW!

I'm impressed!

Kansas prisons are worse than Hell.

If the KBI has money to come looking after me, then the state still has way too much money, and taxes should be cut not raised. Besides, she is the one who asked for suggestions, and I'm only doing my job as a citizen by submitting my ideas. And I bet I am the only one who has a suggestion that trumps all others in saving the budget.

Ask not what your state can do for you, ask what you can do for your state. Start with vermin extermination.

Said Foulston: "No one is jubilant over this because of the fact that it is a death penalty case.

Speak for yourself, ma'am...I'm jubilant as hell that these two pigs are going to be put to death. My only regret is that they aren't going to be drawn and quartered...it would be nice to hear the Carr brothers scream and blubber for their lives; just like the people they violated and killed. One extra twist of the rack for the little dog, as well.

Since Rosie came to the rescue of the King brothers who killed their father, it wouldn't surprise me if she come to the Carr brothers defense also.

As for the Carr brothers (and others such as Avila and Wsterfield), they may look like humans but IMHO they are only wearing the masks of humans. They are some form of subhumans for whom the death penalty is the only answer.

I have seen reference to a miracle which is said to have saved the woman who survived. Does anyone know what it was?

I'm still thinking that not only these pukes should be killed slow and horribly as possible, but most of their family and friends too.

Wouldn't it be nice to allow the families of the victims to determine the method of execution in these matters? That would be TRUE justice, IMHO.

As I understand it, she had a plastic hair clip and somehow the bullet bounced off it.

If this is the reference you are speaking of, I believe that H.G. was saved by a barette in her hair.

All the stories ought to start out: "The black racist brothers that robbed, raped, shot and ran over with a car 5 young white adults, were sentenced to death...."

Find and alley inhabited by wild dogs and rats. Shoot them in the back of the head and leave them for the dogs and rats.

Minor change to your excellent idea...shoot them in the KNEES and leave them for the RABID dogs and STARVING rats. Live food is more nutritional, you know...
