We aren't teaching proper survival mindset.Bump to that one. You may get killed, but it's better to go down fighting than what happened to the Wichita victims.

why do so many spend so much time fighting [the death penalty], if it is not the ultimate punishment? You'd think if life in prison were the horrible alternative, murderers would not be pulling out all the stops to avoid execution. People who believe in God, or who are strong believers in freedom (which amounts to subconcious belief in God) are likely to consider a life sentence in a brutal prison to be the worst of the 2 options. "Is life so sweet... to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery?" - NO!! --if they're going to die, they'd just as soon get it over with. This is why freedom-loving Freepers can't understand why crooks fight so hard to avoid execution.
But for those for have no belief in any deity or principle more important than themselves, death is the ultimate tragedy and the most horrible life is better than dying. Besides, jail doesn't really seem that bad to them (especially if they aren't rigidly heterosexual.)
Needless to say, the second category is more likely to commit capital crimes. Believers in God (the real God, not the Allah-Demon) don't generally do these things, and are therefore unlikely to end up on death row in a free country, except in the unfortunate case of a mistaken conviction.
Of course, capital criminals might get religion AFTER they committed their crimes -- but in that case, one of the signs of true repentance is they make a full confession and admit that they deserve their sentence.

Gallery fills with tears of joy, grief NO! It should be filled with rage, anger and shouts for blood!
The laws must be changed, the Constitution amended if that what it takes. But we MUST insitute Death by torture at the hands of the victims. These vermin must be tortured, if possible for months on end. Hot curling irons should be put where the sun dont shine. Limbs should be hacked off. Acid should be used liberally. Flaying should be brought back.
TORTURE is the only proper justice in these cases.

I think I will email her and volunteer to execute them for free. Back of the line, my friend. :-)

That is correct, the lone suvivor had a plastic hair clip which helped to deflect the bullet away from the intended fatal path.
When the police recovered the bodies they also collected the snow from around the bodies. In the containers of melted snow from around the suvivor were found peices from that hair clip.
This was reported in one of the first threads that KS Flyover posted IIRC.

Make sure that it's slow and painful. Make them sodomize and beat each other with a gun and a golfclub. Make sure that they suffer for days.

Of course, capital criminals might get religion AFTER they committed their crimes...But what *religion* do they get? Nation of Islam? Saudi Wahabbi Islam? Black American prisoners are targeted for useful pupposes. Religion has nothing to do with it, aiming stupid sociopaths is the game. And why we let that game go on is another question. This isn't about freedom of religion, this is about training killers.

Make them sodomize and beat each other ... Make sure that they suffer for days. I'm sure there are white prison gangs that would be happy to apply this punishment to the Carrs.

THANKS!
I'm surprised that Fox and the other cable stations did not carry the surviving victim's statement. I saw only CourtTV carrying it.

This is a big part of what's wrong with our CJ system. In cases where guilt is obvious and no proecedural violations exist that would have led to a different verdict, there should be no appeals. What? And put all those nice lawyers out of a job?

You may have noticed that there was a definte lack of shall we say "mainstream" media coverage on this trial. According to some on this board it is because the perps and victims were of the wrong race.

"I'm surprised that Fox and the other cable stations did not carry the surviving victim's statement. I saw only CourtTV carrying it." I think that we all are. I feel bad for the taxpayers of Kansas that will have to feed, house and clothe these evil monsters. They show no remorse at all. I don't think that I have ever hated anyone in my life, but looking at, and listening to the things that they did, I only wish and hope and pray that they suffer horribly from other prisoners before they meet their maker, the devil.

"On a personal level, I don't believe in killing people to teach other people that it's wrong to kill people," Greeno said.Moments later, Greeno's massive bleeding heart burst through her chest and splattered blood all over the walls of the courtroom.

IMHO, the Carr brothers (along with the likes of Avila & Weserfield)) are subhuman. They might pretend to be human but they are not. It was painful for me to read about their savage perversions. How much more painful it must have been for the victims and their families.
The surviving victim was such a brave soul. I only heard the last part of her impact statement. It moved me deeply. She is a true survivor and, as one woman stated, a hero.
Yet I haven't heard of any feminists groups or Senator Hillary coming to her support or celebrities fundraising for the families. Perhaps they did only the media in my area didn't cover it.

America, you have to love it! Only here will the people go to bed every night with rattlesnakes and wake up both surprised and dead awaiting some bright, shining morning.
