Tribute To HEROES

.

While the dogtag is used to provide information on an individual serviceman,
I also believe that the chain which holds them represents a connection to all
servicemen, no matter where you served, how you served or when you served.

.

The Minuteman in 1776 has a connection to the soldier fighting in Afghanistan today.
That connection is every individual who has ever served in the United States Military.

Each of us represents a link in the chain that connects that Minuteman of
over 200 years ago to the soldier in Afghanistan today.

The great intangible of America's wars beyond logistics,
beyond strategy, beyond wonder weapons and Generals,
is the spiritual force of its fighting men and women -
and that is the force that the USO so serves.

I hate to burst your bubble, Snow Bunny, but all this talk about density altitude, run-on landings and the beauty of Helicopter Flying is all bunk. The dirty little secret is that Helicopters don't fly at all - - they beat the air into submission.

I still love 'em, though!

Subject: PMS and the Lightbulb!

QUESTION: How many women with PMS
does it take to screw in a
lightbulb?

ANSWER: One. ONE!! ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!

And do you know WHY it only takes ONE??

Because nobody else in this damned house
knows HOW to change a light bulb!

They don't even know the lightbulb is
FREAKING BURNED OUT!

They would all sit in this FREAKING HOUSE
in the DARK for DAYS
before they tried to figure it out!

AND once they had FIGURED it out,
they wouldn't be able to FIND the light bulbs,
despite the fact that they
have been in the SAME DAMNED CUPBOARD FOR
THE PAST 17 YEARS!!!

But, if they did,
by some miracle of God, actually FIND
the light bulbs,
TWO DAYS LATER,
the chair that they dragged from 2 rooms over
to stand on
to
change the stupid lightbulb would
STILL BE IN THE SAME SPOT UNDER THE
LIGHT!!!

AND UNDERNEATH THE FREAKING CHAIR
WOULD BE THE CRUMPLED
WRAPPER
THE STUPID @#%$& ^* LIGHTBULB CAME IN!!

WHY??
BECAUSE NOBODY IN
THIS HOUSE
EVER EVEN CARRIES OUT THE FREAKING GARBAGE!!!

IT'S A WONDER THAT
WE HAVEN'T ALL SUFFOCATED FROM THE PILES OF GARBAGE THAT ARE 12 FEET
DEEP THROUGH THE WHOLE DAMNED HOUSE!!

IT WILL TAKE THE NATIONAL GUARD
TO
CLEAN THIS PIGSTY!!!!
NO!!!
EVEN PIGS WOULD REJECT THIS PLACE!!!!

I'm sorry, what did you ask me?

Air Power

Boeing (McDonnell Douglas) (formerly Hughes) AH-64A "Apache"

The AH-64A model full-scale production began in 1983 and now over 800 aircraft have been delivered to the U.S. Army and other NATO Allies. The U.S. Army plans to remanufacture its entire AH-64A Apache fleet to the AH-64D configuration over the next decade. The AH-64A fleet exceeded one million flight hours in 1997, and the median age of today's fleet is 9 years and 1,300 flight hours.

The AH-64A proved its capabilities in action during both Operation Restore Hope and Operation Desert Storm. Apache helicopters played a key role in the 1989 action in Panama, where much of its activity was at night, when the AH-64's advanced sensors and sighting systems were effective against Panamanian government forces.

Apache helicopters also played a major role in the liberation of Kuwait. On 20 November 1990, the 11th Aviation Brigade was alerted for deployment to Southwest Asia from Storck Barracks in Illesheim Germany. The first elements arrived in theater 24 November 1990. By 15 January 1991 the unit had moved 147 helicopters, 325 vehicles and 1,476 soldiers to the region. The Apache helicopters of the Brigade destroyed more than 245 enemy vehicles with no losses.

During Operation Desert Storm, AH-64s were credited with destroying more than 500 tanks plus hundreds of additional armored personnel carriers, trucks and other vehicles. They also were used to destroy vital early warning radar sites, an action that opened the U.N. coalition's battle plan. Apaches also demonstrated the ability to perform when called upon, logging thousands of combat hours at readiness rates in excess of 85 percent during the Gulf War.

While recovery was ongoing, additional elements of the 11th Aviation Brigade began the next chapter of involvement in the region. On 24 April 1991 the 6th Squadron, 6th Cavalry’s 18 AH-64 helicopters began a self-deployment to Southwest Asia. The Squadron provided aerial security to a 3,000 square kilometer region in Northern Iraq as part of the Combined Task Force of Operation Provide Comfort.

And the AH-64A Apache helped to keep the peace in Bosnia. April of 1996 saw the beginning of the 11th Regiment’s involvement in Bosnia-Herzegovina. Elements of 6-6 Cavalry served as a part of Task Force Eagle under 1st Armored Division for 7 months. In October of 1996, Task Force 11, consisting of the Regimental Headquarters, 2-6 Cavalry, 2-1 Aviation and 7-159 Aviation (AVIM) deployed to Bosnia-Herzegovina in support of Operation Joint Endeavor/Operation Joint Guard for 8 months. In June of 1998 the Regimental Headquarters, 6-6 Cav and elements of 5-158 Aviation were again deployed to Bosnia-Herzegovina in support of Operations Joint Guard and Joint Forge for 5 months. The AH-64A’s advanced sensors and sighting systems proved effective in removing the cover of darkness from anti-government forces.

Army National Guard units in North and South Carolina, Florida, Texas, Arizona, Utah and Idaho also fly Apache helicopters. The Army has fielded combat-ready AH-64A units in the United States, West Germany and in Korea, where they play a major role in achieving the US Army's security missions.

OFF THE PRESS!

.

Did you vote today?
Of course, you have! Did you vote correctly? Were you able to tell the
difference between between an "R" and a "D"? If so, you can officially
pat yourself on the back. Just imagine that there is at least half of our segment
was unable to tell the difference between freedom and enslavement. Between
having the geriatrics groupies coming back (Lautenberg and Mondale) and the
peaceniks out and about..it makes you wonder why anyone would vote for these
idiots. However, we all know there are people in this world that aren't intelligent
enough to vote for America. So? We just shake our heads and pray to God that they
move to France or Saudia Arabia. It is the least they can do on our behalf! What do
you think out there? So? Congratulations to those that were able to vote correctly!
You are truly smarter than the rest of your fellow voters!!!

Speaking of the Geriatrics groupies, remember Gary Hart??
(Think Monkey Business and you are half way there) Anyways, he's planning
on running for President again.
(What did we do to deserve this??)
He feels that there are too many "disenfranchised" voters out there that are just
waiting for a person to speak out on their behalf.
(If he spent more time speaking
and less time screwing Donna Rice, he wouldn't feel this need. Would he?)
I'm so glad that he's worried about these voters because he obviously doesn't read
the Useless News Tidbits. If he had, he would know that the majority of these voters
tend to be voters from his own party and they tend to not care about going on television
admitting that they are idiots.
(Who could forget Ricki from Palm Beach who was just
devastated that her vote went to Pat Buchanan rather than Gore?)

I wish Gary Hart well in life, but I think he should stay the hell outta my tv screen
and he should keep spending time trying to "find himself". I'm sure he didn't look too
hard. If you need help Gary, MoJo is here for you.

FUN ALERT!!
VISIT
www.frontpagemagazine.com and have some fun!!
You can help President Bush "bomb" Saddam!! Enjoy everyone!!
(If this doesn't prove that MoJo has too much times on her hands,
I don't know what else could prove it!!! Have fun! Remember to bomb correctly)

The Jackass Award goes today to the voters who don't seem to understand
how to use a TOUCH SCREEN VOTING MACHINE!!
I realize that computers can be very confusing, but honestly folks. How
difficult is it to understand such things as: the number 1, the number 2,
ENTER, EXIT, click on the candidate that you want to vote for--with a picture,
would you like your ballot in English or Spanish?
(Unbelievable, right? WRONG!!)
I saw a lady on television just a few minutes ago that thinks this is tougher
than the stylus voting they had in the Presidential election.
(MoJo!!
STOP THE MADNESS NOW!!)
They thought the stylus voting pen was
stressful. How the hell can you screw up who to vote for when their picture is right
there and you can actually CLICK ON THEIR FACE?? HELLO?
Because of your stupidity, you receive the Jackass Award today.
Is this election over yet? I can't take it anymore!

Remember, our "allies" the French and Germans?
It seems they don't really support an attack on Iraq because they would like to set
up business contracts with Iraq. HELLO? It seems they would rather keep the Iraqi
people helpless..so they can make a few bucks off of Saddam.
(The Axis Of Evil needs
to include these two countries)
So? We know that when push comes to shove
our supposed allies will take money over honor. Does it surprise anyone?

The picture above is of Israel Prime Minister, Ariel Sharon, and
his new foreign minister, Benjamin Netanyahu. Don't they look lovely?
Well, these two are political rivals and Sharon's government is in disarray.
(This is what the papers said this morning. Which means that liberals aren't
involved in the government. Thus, it puts any government in disarray. Oh the crime
of it all!!)
So? These two are going to have to fight for the survival of the Jewish
people and State. This is MoJo's take on it: Netanyahu is better anyday than
Shimon Peres. He's also a lot friendlier to President Bush and conservatives.
Keep in mind, that he and Sharon are actually closer ideologically than not.
It is an inconvenience to our media idiots to point that out. They want to make them
enemies. Sharon and Netanyahu know who the enemy is and he's the one that
you will see on television everytime there is a "seize" on his compound.
He's the one that allows Palestinian children to take their lives and the lives of
innocent children to further promote the cause of the Palestinians.
Yasser Arafat thought he had a headache in Sharon. He's seen nothing yet!
With Sharon and Netanyahu working together for Arafat's destruction,
Israeli children will be able to sleep better at night. Now that's a blessing!!

\

Look!! It's a black man! Whoa!
And...he's a Republican. Add the fact he's a conservative and you've got issues!
Anyways, click on his photo and it should take you to his website!
He's a firefighter, Christian, pro-life, and a principled conservative.
Add to the fact that he's also a former Marine. It could just be an ugly day in
Jesse Jackson's life. However, he keeps moving on!! And, he's running for Congress!
He's running for Congress in Wisconsin!! Here's to hoping that this honorable Marine
gets elected. We need more men like him. If Reggie White thinks he's awesome,
I know this man means business. Reggie doesn't take crap from anyone and I doubt
Ron Greer will either. So? VOTE FOR RON GREER IN WISCONSIN!!

Bin Laden's son may be in US custody. Woohoo!!
I hope he has a military tribunal and is sent to visit Allah
so he can be with his father. Here's to hoping that we hunt down every
member of Bin Laden's family and rid the world of them. No need for more
breeding. He's a menace to the world. Now if the Europeans could wake up
to that. We'd be all set. Until then, Europe's safety net is vulnerable and
their attitude will see their own destruction. God help those Euros that
understand that terror could easily visit them!!

The Canteen Girlz, Ashley Judd, and Sandra Bullock
salute each and every one of our troops and allies!!!
Thank you for allowing MoJo to babble to you!!

Thank You
and
GOD BLESS YOU!!

Incredible thread! DogRobber asked me if I knew why the Apache was so fear-instilling. I told him no. He said it was because if you had your butt exposed anywhere and saw one, you could kiss it good-bye.

Sounded like the perfect time to start posting from our P.A.W. project. (Pussies Against Wussies.) Hopefully, we can have a humorous break from watching election returns, and pass the time more quickly. This sweetheart is the inspiration to P.A.W., my own Winifred.
