Frankly, I don't know, but I doubt it. There are lots of ways to augment muscle mass using combinations of diet and supplements in addition to enormous amounts of work. There's little reason to ruin one's body in later life with steroids when there are other ways to bulk up. Muscle mass typically increases through the thirties. Thus, there is rational doubt.

Liberals lie with abandon. FreeRepublic has (or had) a cultural standard demanding either posting substantiated facts or stating an opinon as such. That is what separates it from a stupid chat forum or and its posters from liberals in general. That is what makes us effective.

To state such an accusation as fact at FreeRepublic demands citation to evidence. That's what makes this a place where civil discussion of controversial ideas can deepen the benefits of conservative ideals, among which is intellectual integrity. If socal_parrot had stated his accusation as a personal opinion, I would not have bothered. Best that he learn what this forum is supposed to be about.
