During the Clinton administration a lot of immigrants from Muslim countries were allowed to join the military to get their citizenshipHere is an example....FBI targets black Muslims in anti-terrorist watch
The two [Ujaama] brothers, along with others under scrutiny, worshiped at several now-defunct storefront mosques just east of downtown Seattle that have been tied to Semi Osman [who lived in Tacoma], an immigrant of apparent Lebanese origin, who served as an imam, or prayer leader.
Osman, 32, is a car mechanic and U.S. Navy reservist and is the only person known to have been arrested in the inquiry. He was charged with immigration and gun violations, but his attorney, Robert M. Leen, said the government is pressuring Osman to tell all about former acquaintances as part of the terrorism investigation.

Padilla was a member of the Latin Kings and did his criminal training on the streets of Chicago. Interesting.

Actually its in Tacoma (on Proctor Street) -- about 2 miles from the house where I grew up (my mom still lives in that house).
Really strange, unnerving kind of.

I am familiar with several tribes on the coast, and they hate Mexicans and Mexicans hate Indaians.

Chris Whitcomb on MSNBC. This is not terrorism.Well, Chris is dead wrong about that. Its terrorism, only the flavor is in question.

"Sniper Case: Investigators Stumped" You Bad ;-)
To: spycatcher
Great. I thought we were getting close. We'll see.
To: txflake
Yes, this appears to be a case of the authorities going out on a limb.... But I'm sure that they'll get to the root of it.
;-)
(sorry)

Took a stump into custody, and will fly it to Rockville, MD. O.K. Now it's getting weird!!
Not weird at all, it's where the ATF ballistics lab is.

Can anyone believe how long Greta can talk about a tree stump and what it might mean? Geeeeshh My husband just commented that there is little difference between these reporters and the hosts of the Home Shopping Network, who can pontificate on the intricacies of an ugly pair of earrings for half an hour straight. Hey, either way, it's a living (and I'm watching it!) (not HSN though.)

Mensa Society. Nice try.

One wonders if there might be a link to that Mexican separtist movement. What's it called, Atzatlan, or something like that?

Shep is struggling to say "Indian" politically correctly without saying "Native American". LOL. Hard to do. I once asked an American Indian what they call themselves. He looked at me like I was nuts and said, "Indians."
To: jwalsh07
Why is he so sure? Is he in communication with "god"?
