It has taken 12 shootings, but John Jamieson has now correctly pointed out the
[connections], [motives], and [who is behind] these beltway shootings.
And the answers are:

The connection can be seen in the common ownerships of the MICHAEL'S CRAFT stores (where many shootings have be at, or nearby), and PONDEROSA STEAKHOUSE (with 1 shooting so far). Both are owned or run by Sam and Charles J Wyly Jr., of TEXAS: both big Bush contributors.

Mr. Jamieson also points out that the HOME DEPOT and SHOPPERS FOOD owners/founders are also big Bush contributors, plus, who can miss the obvious GAS STATION - George Bush connection!
Today's shooting outside of another POST OFFICE (nextdoor to another HOME DEPOT) fits the pattern! It is an attack on America! The letters and Tarot cards are red herrings (IMHO). These shooters are VERY organized and professional.
Saddam Hussein once tried to kill George Bush #41. Now, with war looming, it is getting obvious Saddam's death squad is trying to hurt America's economy, as well as friends of George Bush #43!

If that really were the pattern, don't you think that the shootings would occur AT the places, instead of NEAR the places....dollars to donuts that there was a McDonalds NEAR every site as well - maybe he is a vegan.

The number of "da-das" repeated when singing the song (Dadaism) indicates why his writing style is so peculiar and when finally found he will have these items cleverly hidden in his hip pocket.
It would seem to me that an individual such as this would find it difficult to pass unobtrusively while engaged in sniping.
