President Bush and First Lady Laura stayed in the nation's capital this weekend so Laura could finish up her National Book Festival yesterday. This morning, the first couple attended church services, and when asked by reporters to comment on the bombing in Indonesia, Bush called the act cowardly and urged the world leaders to once again unite in the global war against terrorism. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!

PING!
I dunno, but it looks like Dubya had a late night. I bet he was briefed constantly about the bombing in Indonesia. He looks very tired and worried.

He does look worried. What a burden he's carrying these days! Laura looks as beautiful as ever.

Hi, rintense! Yes, he does look tired. Laura looks lovely in that first picture.
Prayers for Australia...they have lost a lot of people.

hi
The President and First Lady are a welcome site this evening. :o) Thank you again and again, rintense.

I see we all agree, Laura looks beautiful, the President seems concerned about something. I suppose he does have a whole lot on his plate. The war on Terror, the Iraq stuff, the Congress Rats bashing, etc etc.
Pray for him even harder gals, he looks like he needs it!

Yes, it is just horrible how this has affected the Aussies. Not too long after 9-11, I was on a thread discussing where Islam is the greatest threat. And while many said Europe and Africa, I suggested that the lower pacific rim is the greatest danger. Look at how quickly Islam took hold in Indonesia. Australia and New Zealand should be very, very careful and monitor their immigration carefully.

Right now I am concerned about what is already here in the US. I have no inside info on this, but I think that vaccinations for smallpox will begin soon. First they'll start with military and healthcare workers and then to the general population.
President Bush needs our prayers and so do our military.
God bless America.

Despite the worried look, W looks great in this photo. And check out the tie!!!!!! Those of us that have been watching his ties intently for the past year and a half will probably notice he has gotten quite bold in his choices. This one is a perfect example!

Oh, horrors! He isn't carrying a 10-pound Bible. How are supposed to know that he's a Christian? < /sarcasm>
What a lovely couple!
