New Jersey Democratic Senator Robert Torricelli speaks during a news conference in Trenton, New Jersey, September 30, 2002. So I told Tommy, 'If you'll give me a Rolex, a grandfather clock, and a diamond watch for my wife, then I'll know it's time to withdraw from the race.' "

Torricelli gave an Omega watch to his wife. The watch was purchased by Chang. Torricelli claimed that the watch was stolen along with other items during a burglary. Could we have insurance fraud and false statements on police reports hiding in the background too?

Looks like Torricelli might have busted out his own house and collected insurance money on some of the "gifts" from Chang and others?
