A holiday weekend video treat: How cable music channel VH1 turned booing of Senator Hillary Clinton into cheering.
Senator Clinton was booed when she walked on stage last October at a rock concert in Madison Square Garden to benefit 9/11 victims. It was shown live by VH1 but, as ABC's John Stossel illustrated in a July 20/20 special on media distortions, when the Viacom-owned cable channel replayed it sound technicians replaced the booing with cheering and applause. And that version is the permanent record VH1 put onto its DVD of the event.
During his July 12 20/20 look at media manipulation and distortions, Stossel used the Hillary Clinton incident as his first example.
Earlier this summer, ABC's John Stossel showed how VH1 last year replaced booing of Hillary Clinton with applause
Stossel explained: Last fall Paul McCartney headlined a concert to benefit victims of September 11th. Some politicians appeared, including Senator Hillary Clinton. Over the booing of Senator Clinton as she walked on stage and waved, Stossel noted: And people in the audience booed her. Booed and heckled.
Stossel told viewers: But then MTV's channel VH1 re-ran the same concert and made it into a DVD. As 20/20 showed the same scene again, but this time VH1's new version with applause, Stossel pointed out: Notice a difference? The booing has been removed. Now and forever on the DVD the crowd applauds Senator Clinton.
The MRC's Mez Djouadi has posted a RealPlayer clip of what Stossel showed. To watch it, go to the posted version of this CyberAlert: POSTED VERSION.

Like I've said so often before, when you're trying to put out a fire, aiming at the top (head) of the flame is pointless. The body of the flame will continue to feed it and it will have zero effect. Hitlery is the head of this flame.
To effectively put the fire out, you must aim the hoses at the base of the flame. Doing this, everything above the base collapses to the ground and dies! The base of this flame is every liberal who supports her and helps distort the truth in order to deceive the masses into believing Hitlery is the cat's meow.
If we are to extinguish this bitchflame, we need to wage war with those who are feeding the fire. By exposing their deceit and making them pay for it, Hitlery comes tumbling down for a lack of strong supporters holding her high & mighty!
WE know she's completely lacking of substance & sincerity. Like Dorothy, the Scarecrow, Tinman, and Cowardly Lion, we need to rip the curtain away to show the big bad Wizard is a measly mortal after all!

This would be like a cut and paste on the jet slamming into the WTC. Just change the airline logo to G.O.P. or BUSH or some such thing to further the cause. SEIG HITLERY!!!

It's part of the movement to deify Hallary in a TV and media constructed virtual reality. It's the most powerful force in politics.

A useful thing about DVDs is that they easily fit in our garbage cans. And just like AOL CD-ROMs, they make great shooting targets. Skim 'em like a frisbee for some enjoyable wingshooting, or prop them in front of a backstop and have at them with handgun or rifle, your choice of distance and caliber.

Enhancing audio tracks is called "sweetening". The sitcoms have been doing it for eons. Did anybody really think those Cosby and Roseanne audiences were rolling on the floor?
To: El Gato
Hey...great idea El Gato ! I'll start saving these things. The problem is, at least for me, that I won't EVER know that I hit them, because of the tiny hole in the center.

Makes you wonder if that was real, doesn't it? I mean, the Klintoons had all those ties with Hollywood, plus Forrest Gump came out a couple of years later.

This past weekend MTV's video awards had a scene where rap singer Eminem was booed. They cut it for subsequent broadcasts.

Apparently they feel the need to protect both the Hildbeast and racists.

Saddly there are a lot of people who will see it and be affected by it.... young people who are learning from and about the past. Will they ever get to see the real feelings of the people?
It is bad enough that history books written by fiction writers have changed what was our real past. Now not only is it on paper but on "lasts forever" DVD's. Sad

Can't somebody bring legal action against them? Hmm... how about a class-action libel suit by audience members who were falsely portrayed as endorsing HRC?
