Yes 34.81 % (149)

Total Votes: 428

Why not? The Dems have let the dead vote for them for years in Chicago and Philly.
To: PJ-Comix
If Democrats can vote from their prison cells, why shouldn't they run for office from their cells?

I'm not sure I understand why we, as conservative Republicans, would care or even desire, that Traficant run or be elected.
When the surface is scratched, he is just like all the other dimbulbrats, a crook and full of crap.
As far as I'm concerned, he blew it when he defended the 'toon and voted not to impeach.
Republicans owe him nothing.
Let his dimbulbrat friends stand for him.
I won't. The man is a joke. Good riddance to him.

"I'm not sure I understand why we, as conservative Republicans, would care or even desire, that Traficant run or be elected." Having Traficant on the ballot is very important. Every vote for Traficant takes away a vote from Tim Ryan, DICK GEPFARTS hand picked choice. Ryan is a youngster who will owe Gepfart forever for his election and he may as well just hand over his congressional voting card. There is yet another guy named Davis in this race, he is a long time AFL-CIO leader that was badly screwed by his own union and he's not a happy camper. More votes taken away from Ryan. We have the chance of a badly split up RAT vote here.
It's the only way the Republican has any chance of winning. That chance is still slim to none and Womer-Benjamin is a RINO but we just can't afford to let the RATS and their socialist "progressive caucus" take over control of the House. And if Traficant did manage to pull out of this mess somehow he would be an "independent", vote for Hastert for Speaker and give us good fiscal conservative votes. This is much more about making Gepfart the LOSER than it is about making Traficant a winner.

I'm with you. Traficant is a crook, a loser and a liberal.
He votes for taxpayer funding of abortion, votes for the NEA and voted against impeaching Bill Clinton.
Let the guy, and his lousy hairpiece, rot in prison.
To: OldSmaj
I'm not sure I understand why we, as conservative Republicans, would care..One of the 'bedrocks' of conservatives is justice. In Traficants case, as in the Milosevic 'Tribunal', we have 'justice' run amouk. That's why.

Absolutely, I believe that all democrats should run for office from prison cells!!
To: PJ-Comix
I vote YES!
Why not? The rest of those jokers up there are nothing but a bunch of criminals - both Dems and Repub, so why not?
IMHO, they ALL belong in jail from the top down!
I hope he writes a book and spills the beans on all the nefarious dealings of Congress.
BTW, I don't think it's a wig. Nobody in their right mind would spend $$ on a wig that ridiculous looking! He's just had a bad hair day every day of his life! LOL!
