One thing that makes me strongly suspect that he was railroaded by the government is that I am sure they were taping him. Yet they used no tapes in evidence. Why? The only reason is that they couldn't find anything that would make him appear guilty on the tapes. And, believe me, they MUST have been secretly taping Traficant.
