Rocket Man  - Elton John

PARODY - SOUTHWEST GIRL

She packed her bags last night, pre-flight
Smoked her stash from 5 to10
Duh-Knees is gon-na be high; as a kite by then...
"I miss Poway so much I miss his wife!!"
It's lonely in Florida....
Unemployed....
I can't fly

And it's gonna be a long time til' she swings again...
Till Damon brings her in the VD fold with him..
"I'm not the woman they think I am at work"
Oh no no no I'm a POT HEAD
POT HEAD burning a joint sitting all alone

Sabre ain't the kind of place; to raise your kids
In fact it's dangerous as hell
And there's nosy neighbors everywhere, snooping in!!
And all this police stuff I don't understand
I simply party, 5 days a week...
A POT HEAD, a POT HEAD

And it's gonna be a long time til' she swings again...
Till Damon brings her in the fold with him..
"I'm not the woman they think I am at work"
Oh no no no I'm a POT HEAD
POT HEAD burning a joint sitting all alone

LOL! When this is finished, we're going to see "FresnoDA--The Collection" or "FresnoDA's Greatest Hits". I hope you are going to give your faithful fans a discount:-)

On topic, it sounds like the prosecution is worried.

Prosecutors in the David Westerfield capital murder trial have hired a top national forensic entomologist in an apparent attempt to neutralize the defense's strongest argument for acquittal

When you don't like what the first guy you hired had to say (David Faulkner) buy another one to say exactly what you want him to.

Repost from the end of the old thread. I'm still trying to get someone to say I'm nuts.

The following is speculation based on some strange facts.

1. The Police Chief and the DA and Dusek promised us they found blood in the Motorhome and on DW clothes.

2. The evidence is that two stains in those locations do contain the DNA of Danielle.

3. Neither stain was tested with a conclusive test for blood.

4. LE did test other stains with a conclusive test for "human blood" (stairway stain), so they have the right tests available.

5. LE did not have any Danielle blood to "Flake".

6. You can't clone blood.

7. You can clone DNA, use PCR to make as much as you need (start with Danielle's underware)

8. LE did have all the DNA needed to "Flake".

QED 150,000,000,000,000,000 to one odds DW did it.
150,000,000,000,000,000 to one odds DW was framed.

I am confused here. I could have sworn they said the stains on his jacket and on the floor outside the bathroom of the motorhome were blood.

Am I wrong here?

Yes. They were never tested with a forensically conclusive test. Just the presumptive test, which means nothing by itself.

THE BLOOD IS A BIG LIE.

It's going to be very hard to get the new guy to say Falkner missed by 2 weeks or 100%.

I agree JJ. A few days, I can see. But two whole weeks?? There's just no way. Even if the margin of error is 7 days (VERY generous) it still makes it impossible for DAW to have put the body at Dehesa. I think what may happen is they will tear down Faulkner's credibility since he doesn't have enough letters after his name.

This 12 day intermission gives to DA all kinds of time to cook things up till they can force fit evidence. If need be, this would be perfect appeal material.

If the DA does that, does he have to reopen the 196 cases he used Falkner on? Looks like he's kinda stuck between a rock and a hard place.

Dusek had to find another expert or DW would have been acquitted, possibly on a directed verdict if Mudd had the guts to do it; which he doesn't. Feldman will obviously hire another expert witness so it will then be 2 experts angainst one expert. If Feldman can somehow, obtain concetions from this new expert, it is all over and Dw will be acquitted. Dusek should have anticipated the problems with Feldman's testimony and had another expert testify during the prosecution case.

The BIG problem is that Dusek has used this guy many times before. Faulkner was hired by Dusek. Dusek has Duseked.

What to do? What to do?

What's a good cop to do?

The DA says he won't arrest Westerfield until we get some good blood evidence with her DNA. We can't find any, anywhere. We all know he did it. We're going to find Danielle out in Glamis one of the days, but the election is coming up soon and the DA is going to lose if we don't arrest somebody. He's got child porno all over his computer, he must of done it. It's not really moral to let him get away is it? The moral thing is to make sure he doesn't get away. But how?

Let's see. There are three basic tests you do for blood. First you do the Hemostix, the presumptive test for blood. Really just tells you it might be blood, but it reacts with lots of other stuff so it's not proof. Then you've got your serology tests; a whole bunch of them. They prove it's blood and human or not, blood type, that sort of thing. Then there's the DNA tests, they can pick out any individual on the planet. But, we don't have any of Danielle's blood.

Idea. If we can just be sure everyone skips the serology tests (heck, they're obsolete in this day and age anyway) we don't need real blood. We have plenty of Danielle's DNA; they'd been cloning it using PCR over at the lab (good thing we have our our lab now, we used to have to send the stuff out). They started with the stain in the underware and made enough to 100's of tests. They'll never miss enough to wet a Q-tip. We still need some red coloring and some ferris-oxide to fool the Hemostix. There's rust everywhere, we'll just mix in a little of that. We'll get the red color for free.

There, a perfect quarter inch spot in the carpet with the Q-tip, now to wipe what's left on that jacket we got from the cleaners. All done, no sweat, now to call the Chief and tell him we found the blood, so he can announce it to the press. I gotta make sure to pass the word: NO serology tests are to be done.

Westy we got you by the nuts now.

I may have made the DNA cloning look too easy here. More PCR research shows that it amplifies "pieces" of DNA. I think these are the 22 seperate samples on that lady's chart. Just trying to figure out if it was done, why and how could it be done.
