IMHO, it's a crock...assissination by innuendo...but Klayman is trying to get coverage across political lines, and he knows the media is gonna be on this like white on rice.....watch for his fundraising profile to increase....he's growing his operaion, and he's got a big nut to crack....

ABC News just had about a 5 minute report on this lawsuit. Interesting.

He looks to me like an Apple Head Doll.

You know, I want to ask a question. Assuming that there is merit to this lawsuit (which I don't believe for a minute) could it not have waited until AFTER we invade Iraq? I mean, is this lawsuit so important to these two plaintiffs (one of whom bought the stock a year ago and has actually made money, while the other bought in November of last year) that they couldn't have delayed their lawsuit? Could they not have just sued Halliburton to recover whatever money they were owed? Why is it so necessary to go after Cheney during a time of war?
Let me once again state that I do not believe Cheney is guilty of any wrong-doing. What I want to know is how important this suit is to these plaintiffs in comparison to their nation's winning the war. And how did someone from Indiana and someone from New Mexico get hooked up with Klaymamn, anyway?
I have LOTS of questions, as you can see!

Didn't Clinton claim some obscure "Captain of the Ship" rule to try to postpone the Jones inquiry, and wouldn't it be fitting if Cheney claimed it in this case?

How is Larry doing on getting those Gore e-mails. Seems he was interested in that a while back...
He's going to get plenty of money if he goes after the "right" person and he knows it. The sad part is that he's going to get more press on this than he deserves.

No, no. Ambulance chasers belong in FRONT of the truck....

They just called Larry a gadfly on FOX NEWS. heh heh

Well, you can go to the MEDIA thingy at Judicial Watch and scroll back through the years, at least to '97.
Klayman archives ALL articles about him in the press. You'll see there aren't many at ALL until 2001 or so.

I read somewhere that the cost of all the dumbass litigation in this country amounts to 646 dollars per person - man or woman or child. My Family pays an extra 3G's per year because "anyone can file a suit" - I can't wait for Christ to come back. Some days this all just seems so stupid

You know, I thought several of the comments by the panel with Britt Hume sounded as though they came from right here on FR. They look at Larry as scornfully as we do-- even Mara Eliason. I do believe that Fred Barnes would be tempted to spit on him if he saw Larry.
To: Clara Lou
Did anybody hear the press conference? What did he say happened to Donato's $100,000,000.00.

Could someone give him some lips? He's the Frank Burns of law.

Why, by golly-- I don't believe Larry addressed that issue. And I don't see it mentioned on Larry's [non-existant] victory list. Go figure.

After he gets lips, what can be done about that putty-face of his?
To: Clara Lou
Which one on Brit's panel said "Filing lawsuits is his reason for being?" (I was in the kitchen and didn't see.)
To: hellinahandcart
...maybe Registered can give Larry what Nature didn't. Now, now, now. We wouldn't want to be like a dirty little Dem would we?
Changing the rules when it suits you...er, us...uh, him...oh, you know what I mean.
