Yours truly, FRiva Diva, has a special request to all Freepers considering or planning to attend the big FRiva Conference in August at the Treasure Island Resort/Hotel in Las Vegas.
I'm hoping y'all will fill out and send your registrations in to the committee ASAP. There's still a few days to get in on the "early bird special" which is a package deal for a terrific savings!
We need to move QUICKLY! This event is about 6 weeks away. We're all knowledgeable business-minded folks here on this forum. Each of us realizes that when a conference is planned by any organization, there has to be a certain minimum number of people registered by a certain date. This enables organizers, as well as conference centers and hotels, to move plans forward with the confidence there'll be no cancellation of the event in case the numbers don't meet the required criteria.
I hope that those of you who are still undecided or who just haven't filled out the form yet for whatever reason will do so within the next few days. It'll be a big help to our volunteers working on this conference.
Of course, those who are unable to register at this time can still do so right up to the closing date which will be announced.
Registrations are coming in at a steady pace. We don't need that many more to be able to finalize arrangements. You can help our hard-working Freeper committees with their planning by registering now or within the next few days!
Thanks for your cooperation. With the Pledge of Allegiance issue in the headlines and the vital November elections approaching, President Bush's desperately-needed Senate majority is within reach. There's no more critical time than NOW for us freedom-loving Freepers from every corner of this country to meet and exchange info and ideas.
