All I know he was here in OKC when the OKC Bombing took place. I thought he was in Waco for that debacle, but am not sure!

The attorney said that he apologized to the agents because Koresh would not surrender immediately but believed that the cult leader was sincere about giving himself up when the manuscript was finished. "Bob Ricks expressed some impatience, but Jamar shushed him and said: 'We have all the time it takes,' " DeGuerin recalled. I remember reading that Mueller was the FBI agent that was in charge of presenting the FBI's case against the defendants at Ruby Ridge and Waco and the Oklahoma City bombing. Since he was so successful at deflecting the blame, he was promoted to head the FBI. Can anyone here corroborate this?
