Who was the mole who released this information to the press on a classified memo concerning the hijacking of Airliners before 9-11? The mole can be traced to the office of Rep Alcee L. Hastings (D-23FL). Remember FoxNews Reported today House Democrats had seen the same memo that President Bush did last August. Rep Alcee L. Hasting happens to sit on the committee for select intelligence as well as the committee for International Relations the same committee that Cynthia McKinney happens to sit remember she railed on public radio that President Bush knew the attacks 9-11 where going to take place but did not stop them. Someone if not Hastings leaked this to CBS to make Bush look foolish

for links, tools, & instructions about how to contact a pile of different people, and how to send a link to this story right here ( or anywhere else ) to a "mass email" using Outlook Express.
Do be advised that since I increased my volume of mass emails to letters to editors I have gotten return vollies of virus attacks- my ISP filters them out before the get to my PC, but if yours does not, take appropriate precautions to guard your PC.
I take this as a positive- my emails are simply links with no editorial content; so the other side must fear & loath the information even reaching the public.
They revealed this on Tuesday. It's Nina Myers.</semi-obscure "24" reference>
Way to go, Kevin!
Was there some followup to Feds Searched Offices of Seven McKinney Donors (She Raked In Big Campaign $$ on Sept. 11) that was imminent in the house? (Do you have a reference to an article? Thanks!)
What was Al Haig's comment about Congress and leaks again?
I discovered it while searching for information re: Condit's subpoena.
His resignation occurred the same week following the last recess. Sorry, don't have a link.
In fact, this may support trueblackman's theory. To resign from a committee in mid-term is, I believe, highly unusual, especially from a select committee like intel. Why on earth would Hastings have done that? I doubt if it would have been to get a juicier assignment, in mid-term. Might this peculiar resignation not serve to confirm that something scandalous has been going on?
I'll close with this quote from David Horowitz's "How the left undermined America's Security"
On January 20, 2001, George W. Bush was sworn in as the 43rd president of the United States. Within months of taking office, he ordered a new strategy for combating terrorism that would be more than just "swatting at flies," as he described Clinton's policy. The new plan reached the President's desk on September 10, 2001. It was "too late," as columnist Andrew Sullivan wrote, "But it remains a fact that the new administration had devised in eight months a strategy that Bill Clinton had delayed for eight years."

We must not forget the "innocent" instigators of the whole story...the mainstream DNC PR machine known as the press. After helping to create this "story" they sit back and poll America on what they think and who's to blame...gee, what does America think, CBS, and I wonder why?
According to William Rusher in "The Coming Battle for the Media" (1988), leaks in Congress were so bad during the Reagan years (this book was finished before the GHWBush years), the Justice Dept. was urged to prosecute both the press and Congress for leaking classified info under Section 798 of Chapter 37, Title 18, United States Code:
Whoever knowingly and willfully...uses in any manner prejudicial to the safety or interest of the United States...any classified information...obtained by the processes of communications intelligence from the communications of any foreign government, knowing the same to have been obtained by such processes- Shall be fined not more than $10,000 or imprisoned not more than 10 years, or both.
