The intent of this article is clearly derogatory, but nonetheless it can be quite interesting to compare the differences between states.

Dear W,
Thank you for not sending any more money to Wisconsin. We already have just about all the federal "security" we can stomach. If there is a shortfall of funds for larger states, please feel free to take Mr Gleason, Im sure that somebody has a use for him.
