You're right! I engaged with him a while back, but it's too boring, his arguments are always the same, he's like a broken record. Grew quite tiresome after a short while.
Bill Clinton notwithstanding, that is. I have no doubt Ian was a good student in college. My comment was directed to the fact that he and Chelsea don't spend their time at Oxford even though they're both supposedly working on graduate degrees there, and the university reportedly has found them in violation of rules requiring a certain minimal presence at school.
