My comment was directed to the fact that he and Chelsea don't spend their time at Oxford even though they're both supposedly working on graduate degrees there, and the university reportedly has found them in violation of rules requiring a certain minimal presence at school.

You are very correct about that one. Their exploits off campus have been reported a lot by the media. Probably their status is the only thing that keeps them in.
