Hello everybody. My name is Yakboy and I'm a Freep-a-holic.

Like many of you today, I started my day, like I start every day, logging on to FreeRepublic to get my morning "Fix".

Only there was a problem...there was no "Free Republic"!

The tremors set in early.

It was horrible. NO FREE REPUBLIC! I didn't know what to do, but I had to try to find SOMETHING!

Oh, I'd try. I'd try anything! Everything! I tried Worldnetdaily, but they didn't have a forum! I couldn't post JPGs of Hillary tounging Suha or grinning skull photos of "Tommy the *Hole*". I had no means of self expression!

I tried Newsmax, but the were the same. They were ALL the same! It wasn't enough, so I got desperate.

I even lurked at DU! But if I used proper punctuation or any sort of coherant prose, they immediately identified me as a conservative and banned me! It was terrible. I tried to change my writing style but it still wasn't enough...once I tried to use only three letter words in my post, but they spotted me. "HOW!" I cried, and the moderator laughed and said "you put the letters in the right order! You're a CONSERVATIVE! PROBABLY HOME-SCHOOLED ON TOP OF IT! AWAY WITH YOU!" and I was gone.

So now I'm here, barely, hoping the server doesn't go back off line. Thank you for having me here today....*SOB*..Sniff...

So, how many of you went through this earlier today? Does anyone think we can lobby and get some sort of government subsidized program for us? This is an addiction and we should be coddled like children! We're victims I tell you....

Yeah, me too...just took a pill, a beer and a shot of Jose' and read the Washington Times until FR came back up...The wait was kind of exciting in its own way...I remember the time my wife was outta town and...uhh...never mind.
