Condit's Younger Brother Arrested in Florida

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (AP) - Darrell Wayne Condit, younger brother of Rep. Gary Condit, was arrested Sunday for failing to appear in court in November to face a charge of possessing a fraudulent driver's license. The FBI issued the warrant for his arrest last week. Fort Lauderdale police found Condit, 50, at 9 a.m. in a bar on State Road 84, FBI Special Agent Paul Russell told the South Florida Sun-Sentinel.

Condit was being held Sunday in Broward County jail.

The FBI say Condit failed to appear for a court summons in November on the fraudulent driver's license charges, for which he was arrested on Sept. 7.

Before that, Condit was arrested July 22 in Broward County on a Monroe County warrant for failing to meet probation conditions on a 1996 DUI arrest.

The Broward Sheriff's Office also charged him with resisting arrest without violence, driving with a suspended license and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Also, note that Sheriff's Detective Cisneros was being sent to Washington DC to work with DC police. Once he got there, he was told he wasn't needed and returned home.

This fact raises questions in my mind:
Did he have contact with Condit during his visit? If so, what was the extent of those conversations? Was Cisneros passing on advice from other brother Darrell?

Remember, this is the same time when Anne Marie Smith stated in her affadavit that Condit told her that "I might be in some trouble..." or words to that effect.

If he's wanted for questioning in a murder-kidnapping, I think that gives the FBI the ability to get involved.

Sure it is,but we don't know that. In fact,we don't know anything. That's why everybody is asking "what are the Feebs doing going after him?". Maybe we will find out soon,maybe we won't.

Do we know if he got his fake papers from any of the counterfeiters who made ID's for the terrorists?

Do we know if he was ever in the same places as the terrorists?

Do we know if Robert Hanson hung out with Gary and/or the terrrorists?

Do we know if all of the Condits, Darrel, Cadee, Chad,brother Burl,grandpappy and gramma and Mrs Creep have denied under oath ever having known or spoken to Chandra?
