D.C. Chapter of FreeRepublic.com honor roll for tonight: Angelwood, BufordP, RFP, ironman, Jimmy Valentine's brother, leadpenny, sauropod, Gore_War_Vet, Tolerance Sucks Rocks, tgslTakoma, John L, GunsareOK, and kristinn.
Her Heinous, Hillary ! held a fundraiser this evening for the Florida Democratic Party at her Washington, D.C. mansion. Attendance was up from her previous efforts, with party bigwigs like Sen. Chris Dodd ('Rat-CT)and has-been former Senator Carol Mostly-Fraud (Crook-IL) paying homage to 'Ol Crusty along with several busloads of supporters.
The FReepers took a position at the corner of Whitehaven Street (where Hillary! lives) and Massachusetts Avenue, NW. Whitehaven is a deadend street, so everyone entering and leaving the fundraiser got to see our 'Welcome Committee'.
Sauropod, dressed up as Her Heinous, and tgslTakoma walked up Whitehaven St. to recon the fundraiser and take some pictures. They wore out their welcome within five minutes and were politely asked to go back down the street.
They didn't get a photo of him, but they are pretty sure they saw Julian Epstein ('Rat-Esq.) there. tgslTakoma says he had a very sour look on his face after seeing Sauropod send up his queen-B.
Tolerance Sucks Rocks and John L took a position on the other side of Massachusetts Avenue with a large sign that said, "Democrats--the party of Child Molestors, Perjurors, Illegal Fundraising, Rape and Treason" while on the other corner the rest of us stood behind a sign that said, "Corrupt Democrats Turn Here."
Satan made an appearance to remind Hillary that there is '"No Pardon on our Deal."
One finger salutes and profane instructions to us on where to go and what to do to ourselves came from passing liberal motorists. Hillary's guests, on the other hand, were much better behaved than previous--only a few yelled at us as they left.
We did get a fair amount (for D.C.) of supporting honks and cheers from others passing by.
The fundraiser was pretty much over by 8 p.m. I suppose Her Heinous ! needed her beauty rest. We left around 8:30.
A high point of the evening was seeing Vice President Cheney go by us in a motorcade on the way to his 'undisclosed location'. We couldn't see if Cheney reached over and honked the vehicle's horn himself, but the car we saw him in gave us a toot as he drove by.

But, ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww, having to spot julian epstein up close and personal would be enough to ruin ANY evening.....gag me, BIG TIME! Poor julian, working SO HARD to be a war roomie with her heinous, of Whitehaven, er, Witchhaven Street.

The Washington FReepers were mentioned on Sean Hannity this afternoon ... not by name, but by deed ... "Get Out of Chaney's House!" You made a difference.
And out in California, Diver Dave and crew mentioned by deed in the New York newspapers yesterday ... "We have not forgotten, Gary Condit's rotten!" (and look what happened).
Then those nicely dressed, fresh-faced FReepers way back when in Florida ... banging on those ballot-counting doors ... you are history in the making, and I'm enormously proud and grateful. Carry on, crew. Those of us who can't stand with you will always be praying for you and our beloved country.
