I posted this a while back:
'Their Blood Cries Out'- and 'Into the Lion's Den....'
....just the tip of the iceberg--
In fact the press is in awe of the jihadists, because they would like to do the same thing, but don't have the guts, as of now.
Well since we are so 'poor, uneducated, and easily lead', as the W.Post put it, I guess we will be easy pickings, right!
Rev. 6:9....and when He opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the testimony which they held.
7:9 ........a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues.......
7:16.......they will neither hunger anymore, nor thirst anymore........and God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.
This information is provided so that you may make contact with the Muslim community in your area and express your opinion about their beliefs. This should not be misread as an invitation to commit violent acts directed toward our Muslim Friends using automatic weapons or rocket launching devices.
I typically see news of these horrible assaults against Christians from either Zenit News or World Net Daily. Where is the rest of the media? Is this not important enough to inform the general population at large?
Just another reason to rail against the absurdly biased media.
Jemian, how are you and yours? You are still in my prayer list. God Bless.
This story came from the AP yesterday.
Rebels in the region have been fighting for independence of their gas- and oil-rich province since 1975. More than 6,000 people have been killed, including about 1,300 this years alone.
A closing statement like that one tends to leave one with the feeling the constant massacres of both sides are more politically motivated than religious. Also, I find it interesting that AP article makes no mention of the bin Laden connection whereas the World Net Daily article brings it to the fore.
I still maintain that the religious aspect of the massacres in Indonesia is downplayed by the majority of the media outlets. We need to find out why. After all, the media claims it demands every little piece of secure information regarding our attacks on the Taliban because the public has a right to know (GAG ALERT!).
If that's the case, then they need to start feeding the public all the details when Christian lives are at stake.
