Cuomo the jr. in NY., Reno, Rendell, Erskine Bowles,Shaheen in NH. She wasn't in bubba's inner circle but one of their ilk, nevertheless. How long before we hear that Begala,in my opinion the worst, is running for governor of Texas?

You're asking me to prove a negative; pretty hard to do. Guess I can't prove that he isn't planning to join the Al-Quaeda tomorrow either!
All I'd say is that I've seen him appear innumerable times on TV, not only in his official capacity but as the "from the left" guy on Crossfire, and have formed the impression of him I've described. I do find it interesting that two fellow FReepers have echoed my sentiments about him.

Oh good list! How about Richardson, what are his plans? I'm bookmarking this until I start a thread on it.
I agree about the Forehead. I cannot even stand to KNOW he's on ANY cable channel in my house, much the same way I feel about SNAKES on Discovery!

I'm not asking you to prove anything, sorry if you took it that way. What I asked was why you held the opinion that you had. What you based it on. You have answered that question now.

Your impression is incorrect in my opinion for the reasons I have cited. Bill Clinton made a good impression on a lot of people too, but it didn't change what his true beliefs were.
I do find it interesting that two fellow FReepers have echoed my sentiments about him.
Mistaken impressions are usually based on just the type of observations you made about him. They are entirely understandable. Others may be under what I concider to be mistaken impressions as well, that wouldn't be surprising to me. That is the reason I made my original post. Peace

I can never get the picture out of my mind of Reich peering up over the desk (just showing the eyes and up), on the old RUSH LIMBAUGH tv show. I still laugh everytime I think about it.

" How long before we hear that Begala,in my opinion the worst, is running for governor of Texas?" : I'd love it! Then we could run his brother, Chris, against him! Chris is a Republican....and much smarter!

Too liberal for even the state that brought us the play 'Jesus and his two lesbian mommies?' Number 1,he is NOT a "liberal". He is a "LEFTIST"! Number 2,Karl Marx isn't too far left for Mass.

C'mon. Admit it. There really isn't difference between a Mass Dim official and a Mass Rep official. They are both leftists who could switch parties and never miss a beat.

Send him some size 7 elevator shoes. Clown shoes? Appropiate.

Erskine Bowles is getting his challenger out of the way in NC.. Really? Who is challenging him?

Former Philadelphia Mayor Runs for Governor Ah,yes! Lest we forget,he is good buds with Charleton Heston and Wayne LaPierre from the NRA. Such good buds that he convinced them to throw millions of dollars his way by holding the NRA convention in PA,DESPITE THE FACT THAT THE NRA MEMBERS GOING TO THE CONVENTION WERE TOLD THEIR CONCEALED CARRY PERMITS WOULD NOT BE RECOGONIZED IN PHILLY,AND THAT THEY WOULD BE ARRESTED AND GO TO JAIL IF CAUGHT CARRYING.
"Operation Exile" was also a partnership agreement between Rendel and the NRA.I fully expect to see the NRA supporting him in his run.

Ed Rendel just LOOKS sleazy in my book.

I bet he drives (with the help of a phone book to sit on) a Gremlin.

I bet he drives (with the help of a phone book to sit on) a Gremlin. A autographed copy of Pee Wee Herman's bike is more like it,complete with the plastic streamers and the bell. He's a wuss, and would be a wuss if he were 7 feet tall.
